Laura Polko Refresh Dry Shampoo - 5.1oz

This dry shampoo really saved me during a recent hospital stay where I couldn’t shower for 5 days! I am someone who washes every day because I hate the feel of dirty hair and all other dry shampoos make my hair feel gritty but this one was weightless, got rid of the grease and made my hair feel silky. Can’t recommend enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] overall this is a good dry shampoo. it helps refresh my hair and smells nice! i will say it’s not my favorite formula i try and it can feel a little too powdery in my hair for my liking. however it’s a good value, i would just choose a different dry shampoo for myself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say it just as good as most dry shampoos , I still have some greasiness but it is less then without it . It smells great. I have a hard time finding dry shampoo that takes the greasy look away completely anyway.

The smell is nauseating! So much so, that after only using half the bottle, I had to purchase a different brand, I couldn’t take it anymore. It also isn’t as good as other brands I’ve tried in the past, such as Function of Beauty. Even if it was a good dry shampoo, I cannot get past the scent. Super disappointing as I read great reviews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dry shampoo isn’t anything special. The scent can be overwhelming for some. The texture is the same as all other dry shampoos. These pictures are the best I could get my hair with this before it started to leave a white residue, just like all the other dry shampoos. This product is also about 2x the price of other shampoos that have at least a nicer scent. Overall I can’t recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is esthetically pleasing especially if pink is your color. The spray nozzle shoots the product out similar to hairspray. There’s argan oil in this product and that’s the fragrance that overpowers any other fragrances that are listed but it’s not overwhelming. It doesn’t leave a white film on your hair like some other dry shampoos I’ve used *cough cough Living Proof*. Overall, I prefer this product over a similar product I was previously using and may purchase in the future.

The packaging is quite nice and esthetically pleasing. The dry shampoo was actually very nice and did not leave a white powdery finish on my dark hair. I would use this product if it had a gentler smell.

However, this one has changed my mind. It’s effective without leaving any white marks or any residue at all. It does not weigh down my hair. The scent is light and fades quickly, which is a huge plus for me. A keeper!

Not only does it smell amazing but it also works sooo well to soak up oil in your scalp without leaving any residue on your scalp. It seamlessly absorbs into your scalp and doesn’t itch, which I’ve often struggled with when it comes to dry shampoos.

I have naturally curly/wavy hair. It gets oily if I straighten it, or after a day or 2 of not washing it. This did absolutely nothing for my hair. It didn't help with oil on my roots especially. The packaging and scent are nice and I do want to try more from this brand, I just think this one in particular was a miss for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent dry shampoo since it is able to absorb my oils but not making it feel crispy or feels like too much product build up. I have a dark colored hair and it doesn’t leave any residue too, which is great! The only downside is the scent that is too strong for my own preference! But I’m kind of sensitive to scents and this sometimes gives me headache!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have brightly colored hair that tends to fade quickly if i wash it to often this is a great in between wash product to give my hair a quick refresh it doesn’t smell bad but it does have the aerosol smell if that makes sense which can be off putting to some but it’s not a deal breaker for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a dry shampoo as good as this one! It is the only dry shampoo i’ve found that doesn’t spray white. I have very dark hair, so i typically stay away from dry shampoo because it tends to leave a white cast on my hair, but this one doesn’t do that AT ALL. The scent isn’t too overpowering either and it works all day. It also doesn’t make my hair feel icky with product, so overall just a really great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this dry shampoo for a few weeks now and I do really like it. I love how it nourishes with hydrolyzed keratin and argan oil! I’ve tried many dry shampoos before from Dry Bar, Olaplex, Amika, and Batiste and I still think mass brands do it better. This one actually absorbs the oil. Don’t apply too much because it can get flaky. The scent is a sweet fresh floral. It is on the stronger side and if you don’t like the scent then it may be a problem. The packaging looks very pretty and sleek with this deep pink color. Easy to pull off cap. Overall I might even be converted from my regular d dry shampoo to this one! However I could tell it helped absorb oil. I used it after a hike and really loved the effects. I recommend it for anyone looking for a dry shampoo.
