A: Thank you for your interest in the Laurel & Mayfair Gwyn quilt set. The flowers have a black outline, but the petals are the ivory color of the background of the quilt and have light blue centers.
Overall I'm happy with this purchase. The fabric, even after two washings, is pretty scratchy which is disappointing. Also, when this arrived, it was waayyy more yellow than I was expecting. I washed the comforter first but not the shams and you can see the color difference afterwards. I actually like the color post-washing much better. I recommend washing it a couple times before drying to ensure the yellowness comes out completely (the comforter still had yellow splotches after the first wash).
