Cute and fun interactive toy
My daughter absolutely loves playing with this cute toy. She is only just 4 so is at the beginning of being able to understand how to work it but got the hang of it fairly quickly, her little sister (just turned 1) even started to get they idea of it, pushing the buttons to make it move. It did come with instructions and the story book is a nice idea but we didn't find that very clear. I can imagine that as my daughter gets older the ways she can play with this will become more advanced so it's the kind of toy that should have some good staying power over the years. One down side is that the bunny doesn't move over carpet or uneven tiles so we can only use it on our kitchen counter as we don't have smooth floors. We did have success sticking some large pieces of paper together to make a surface for it to move on though which was great as it could then go on the floor and I didn't have to worry about it falling off the counter all the time. We also had a lot of fun drawing a track on the paper to move the bunny around. The accessories that come with the bopper aren't great, the swing won't stay on and the slide is a bit hit and miss to use but despite that my daughter really likes it. Personally as an adult I would have just got frustrated with it and felt the extra bits were unnecessary but she really enjoys the extra elements and being able to create a story/scene with it all. All in all it's a great toy that has a lot of potential for play.

So-so
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to try this out, but were unpleasantly surprised by the poor quality. If my kids don't play with it on the counter or table it does not move, as we have carpet. I would rethink the movement quality of the rabbit.

Fun and educational
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter really enjoyed playing with this, she loved seeing what bopper could do. She needed some assistance with it at first then was able to do it on her own. We did have a problem with it shutting off on us during play. The instructions were not very descriptive so we werent really able to tell what we were doing wrong.but while it worked we really enjoyed it

Too Difficult for a 5 year old, and doesn't roll on carpet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were disappointed that it didn't roll on carpet, as most of my home is carpeted. It was difficult for my 4.5 year old to understand how to use it. I believe it's too advanced for her.

Kids love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids all enjoyed it. Was a little tricky at first. You have to hold down the button, which the instructions weren't exactly clear on. Kids loved making it move around to their commands. Also, the swing doesn't want to stay in place.

Coding critters bopper, hip & hop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly loved this toy my kids understood right away how it worked. I love that they need to use the code and buttons to control the bunny's movements. They had so much fun and didn't even realize they were actually learning at the same time. I cant wait to get the other sets for them to continue to play. I really loves how there was so many different things it can do and move around on its own.

Not great for multiple uses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was interesting the first time we went through it. It was fun to follow along the story. However, after going through the story once, my kids weren't really interested in that anymore. They then just used the pieces to create their own games, not doing any coding at all. So as far as a game about coding, I don't think it withstands multiple uses.

Great for beginner coding
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have been really enjoying this Learning Resouces Coding Critters Bopper Hip & Hop. I have 4 kiddos 8 and under, and all of them have been finding enjoyment playing with this. It is great for them being beginners with coding. It teaches them the skill flawlessly without them even realizing they are learning. My only complaint is that the swing constantly falls off and isn't really usable. Other than that, this is an awesome toy for a variety of ages.

Such a cute toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Learning Resources Coding Critters Bopper Hip &Hop was a fund and educational toy for my whole family. My 2 older children helped my youngest one play, and while she wanted to just hold the rabbits most of the time, it did help her learn to follow instructions to get the end result that she desired.

Great educational toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coding Critters Bopper Hip & Hop was very neat. It was easy to use except it could have said had to push down the nose to be in play mode. We had a little difficulty figuring out had to hold it and not just press it. This interactive toy was very fun and my two boys loved it and were fighting over it.

Great and innovative
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was a great game for my kids to play with. My girls loved the interactive bunnies and they love that the bunny could go around following the arrows. They did not like the fact that when the bunny would go over and arrow it would drag the arrow instead of gliding across of it. So it really could not follow the arrows like it was supposed to. My girls did like making up their own game and making up their own imaginative to go with it. It was nice that it had a book that helped you come up with a story to go along with it. This was a great object to keep my kids entertained for a good 40 minutes. They really enjoyed it and I would definitely get this again.

Fast favorite for a 4 year old
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4-year old was so excited to receive this box. She immediately began playing with it, even before putting in batteries. She thought the bunnies were so cute and once she saw the coding feature she was hooked. I can easily see this growing with her as you can make the bunnies path increasingly more complex. Right now she has fun just figuring out how to get the carrot from a few inches away.

Adorable but NOT practical
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is completely adorable. The little animals it comes with, as well as the swing set and scenery. However, it is impractical for the use it is intended for. The swing will NOT stay on for more than 10 seconds making it unable to use properly. It did not come with any actual instructions so we kind of just winged it when putting it together, according to the pictures. The main bunny is what kept my child entertained, he was unable to use the swing set unfortunately.

Fun Seasonal Step Item
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coding Critters Bopper Hip & Hop is a fun item which is perfect for the Springtime (especially as an Easter gift!). It includes a "coding book" which allows your child to explore and learn as they code with Bopper, Hip & Hop. The characters are a bit childish/girlish (I imagine my son would have loved it more if it was a dragon or something like that!) but bunnies are ok and the toy works well. He enjoyed working along together with the book and interacting with all of the characters. Would recommend.

Lots of Ways to Play
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My four year old really likes this toy, he likes to set up the little directional cards and make up scenarios for the bunny to move through the sequence. He enjoys the "play" mode as well, though we had a little trouble figuring out all the different preprogrammed skills and the directions are a little bare when it comes to figuring it out, which is disappointing only because it actually does quite a lot! I took a star off because the little swing that comes with the set does not like to stay up and falls off easily. Otherwise it is a great set for imaginative open play as well as teaching basic coding.

Fun toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun toy but was originally a little difficult to figure out. My 5 year old has played with it multiple times but my 7 year old lost interest fairly quickly. We've found the movements of the toy after being coded are hard to predict and not very precise and they've preferred to just use it in free play mode rather than the coding it was more intended for. It's a very unique toy compared to what they already have and I appreciate that they have to think while playing. If you're looking for something a little different than a traditional toy, this is worth looking at!

Critters Bop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 Yr old Daughter love loved this toy. She plays with it for hours. She wanted to sleep with it. She kept using the words cute, and kept picking it up and carrying it everywhere. The put together was easy and fun. The swing was a little bit of an awkward fit/This is not a deal breaker just an observation. Im still trying to figure out the educational purpose but as far as the Fun aspect - 5 Star!
