These were a nice surprise. They were softer and more substantial then I thought they would be. They have a nice sweet taste that kills the sugar craving and they fill you up. Very good.

This is my first item from Legendary Foods that I have tried. I heated it for a few seconds and am eating in now. OMG - this is delicious! Many protein based or foods related to specific diets are good but not amazing. This is! I can't wait to try the other items I bought!

It typically takes more than 3 nuts to make my buns sticky. Do better and cover me next time.

Great Caramel rolls! Good texture and doesn't have that awful "protein bar" dry taste. Good for my sweet cravings and excellent protein benefit!

I suffer through the poptarts sometimes but I couldn't even eat this.. no flavor, tastes like I just ate a mouthful of dry white ingredients (flour, baking powderand soda) and that's all.. no sweet, no nothing.. for almost $10 for 4 I hate throwing them away but I gotta.. its not worth the suffering

Tastes SUPER fake, even for a processed protein mashup food. Nuts taste weird and stale. ATROCIOUS value for the price and lack of nutrients beyond protein powder. The cinnamon version is better. But even protein bars taste better.

They are good, not my favorite but still a great sweet treat when you are trying to make better choices

Do not heat or soften as per directions or even with adjustments. Taslesless. Hard and difficult to chew and swallow. Add to digestive issues. Expensive and not worth the bother. Spend your money on something tasty instead. Might as well be lightly dipped cardboard.

Lots of “bad taste/texture” reviews. I found these delicious for what they are: a protein sweet treat. No it’s not a Cinnabon cinnamon roll just like a protein shake isn’t a milkshake. Taste and texture is pretty on par for high protein snacks. Amazing for when I want something sweet that’s not full of sugar.

They are a dense odd teature worse than a protein bar even. After warming they don't really improve much. Stick with the pastry pop tart ones they are much better.

I've had many of the Lendary poptarts and always loved em. Recently I bought some at a gas station and was disappointed; must have been a bad box because I've never been disappointed until then. I contacted the company and they were extremely eager to correct the issue. They sent me an entire box of whatever item I wanted to try next. I chose the cinnamon rolls and absolutely love them! Great macros on every product I've tried so far. Can't wait to try something new!!

Great texture where it wasn’t dense like other protein desserts. Super tasty delicious it hit those sweet cravings I love it. Definitely a go to when I’m having sweet cravings.

Terrible. Super dry. Maybe one or two tiny pieces of nuts on top of each one. I did not like these at all. These were actually a replacement for some cherry crumble Pop-Tart style pastry that were lackluster filled but those were out of stock and I should have just waited for those to be back in stock as a replacement. These were huge disappointment
