    Instructions

The building app was a lot easier to understand and follow than the paper instructions as you can move the pieces around and zoom in and out to ensure you get pieces in the right place where paper instructions can be hard to follow

    Horrible Delivery Driver

The person who delivered my package decided to throw my package onto my porch instead of walking it upto the porch and placing it like it should be. I could have had a fragile package and the driver had no idea when he delivered it today. They should handle the packages for other customers like they would want their packages handled. I have included my Ring video showing him throwing my package onto my porch.

    I’ve been convinced.

I was not a believer. Puzzles were my thing. I have been converted and don’t know if I’ll ever look at a puzzle again. Lego building was so fun and relaxing. My book shelf will have more Lego builds than books now. Can’t wait to build more.

    Missing pieces

I’ve found that I’ve been missing pieces from this sorting hat. Very frustrating, I’ve pulled numerous pieces from my sons other legos.

    Annoying

This set was so frustrating and it took me way longer than it should have there was so many tiny pieces that kept falling apart and multiple times it would break and I would have to go back like 10 steps and retrace my steps to fix it. It felt Flimsy on the bottom. Also when I was finally done i couldn’t get the voice to work after that part was the most difficult inside part.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry that you've had a few issues with the set stability and getting the voice to work. Please give us a shout at LEGO.build/Service-BV so we can help you with this.

Had to rebuild the inside 3 times

This one once you get to the middle was a little difficult. Had to rebuild the inside at least 3 times to get the pieces right. The talking part already doesn't work the battery doesn't last long on it but its super cute to look at . Took us a few hours to put it together.

    Amazing set

I really enjoyed building this set. It was tricky when you had to slot some pieces in but I do like a challenge. The finished item is great and the movement is awesome especially the talking part. Would highly recommend.

    So much Fun.

I recently became a member of the Lego Fun Club (first time member that is). I’ve only been involved for just under a year now. I’m over 60-so my experience with Lego was way back (Mr. Peabody’s machine) when it was block houses on a base with additional windows. Wow! What a difference now and so much FUN. Great hobby for kids and adults! 😁

    Great for Harry Potter fans

The hat was fun to build, and the talking feature will be fun for my grandchildren. I had trouble getting the tic tac toe shaped assembly in, but I removed a couple of the blocks and it went in easily.

    Most frustrating set

Attempting to build this set was honestly the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a Lego set. Pieces kept falling off while trying to put others together, parts don’t align at times or you have to maneuver them to fit properly. At this point I don’t even want to finish this piece, I just want my money back. Usually it’s a fun and relaxing experience for me, but this time it was far from that. What really sucks is it is truly a cool set and makes my nerd heart happy, but I just about lost my mind at attempting to build it. Good luck to you if you attempt.
