Annoying
This set was so frustrating and it took me way longer than it should have there was so many tiny pieces that kept falling apart and multiple times it would break and I would have to go back like 10 steps and retrace my steps to fix it. It felt Flimsy on the bottom. Also when I was finally done i couldn’t get the voice to work after that part was the most difficult inside part.

Had to rebuild the inside 3 times
This one once you get to the middle was a little difficult. Had to rebuild the inside at least 3 times to get the pieces right. The talking part already doesn't work the battery doesn't last long on it but its super cute to look at . Took us a few hours to put it together.

Amazing set
I really enjoyed building this set. It was tricky when you had to slot some pieces in but I do like a challenge. The finished item is great and the movement is awesome especially the talking part. Would highly recommend.

So much Fun.
I recently became a member of the Lego Fun Club (first time member that is). I’ve only been involved for just under a year now. I’m over 60-so my experience with Lego was way back (Mr. Peabody’s machine) when it was block houses on a base with additional windows. Wow! What a difference now and so much FUN. Great hobby for kids and adults! 😁

Great for Harry Potter fans
The hat was fun to build, and the talking feature will be fun for my grandchildren. I had trouble getting the tic tac toe shaped assembly in, but I removed a couple of the blocks and it went in easily.

Most frustrating set
Attempting to build this set was honestly the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a Lego set. Pieces kept falling off while trying to put others together, parts don’t align at times or you have to maneuver them to fit properly. At this point I don’t even want to finish this piece, I just want my money back. Usually it’s a fun and relaxing experience for me, but this time it was far from that. What really sucks is it is truly a cool set and makes my nerd heart happy, but I just about lost my mind at attempting to build it. Good luck to you if you attempt.

Sorting Hat
I absolutely loved this build! It was so fun watching the sorting hat come together and to then see it come to life at the end was amazing!!! I immediately sent videos to my fellow HP friends to show it off and they all loved it!

One of the best Lego HP sets i own
Would be better if it were bigger and had more puppet like functionality. But I couldn't be happier with the build overall. Was fun to build love the sword and goblet hidden items.

Magical Experience
Received this set as a gift from my friend who knows I’m a huge HP and Lego fan. Building it was fun as I figured out how the mechanics work. The end result is a magical hat that you can interact with. It has sounds, movement and Easter eggs inside. Bonus is that it can be displayed on the beautiful stand with a HP figurine. Absolutely recommend this set.

Definitely Magical
This was my second Harry Potter set to put together. The key is to watch the movies while you are building. I love all the expressions. I keep it on the counter in my library and the high schoolers get a kick out of seeing what the hat hhas in store for them.
