Missing part
I guess I wasn’t the only one. Fortunately, I got lucky and was able to complete the build despite the missing pieces. It wasn’t perfect—there were still some empty spaces—but I managed to finish it. If I had known, I wouldn’t have hesitated to reach out to LEGO for the missing pieces sooner. It took quite a while to receive the replacement pieces, and overall it was a pretty unsatisfying experience. LEGO didn’t provide much detail, and it took a long time to get a response after submitting the request. I would also suggest that LEGO clearly explain how and where customers can request missing pieces for free—either in the instructions or in a place that’s easy to find—so users don’t have to search through the entire website.

Missing Pieces
This was a Christmas gift and is my first ever build. I was starting to get into it, when at step 4 there were two pieces missing. For something so expensive, you'd think they would be more dilligent. I ordered the replacement pieces, so lets see how long it takes, then I might raise my score, because it was fun up until that point.

An amazing set
So many touches of details in this set and it was a really enjoyable build. It's very sturdy and I'm looking forward to adding a light kit. It's a shame that you have to re use parts to make the 3 different models but this is the only flaw imo

So frustrated and disappointed
Have been looking forward to building this set, but the whole experience has been painful. I'm on bag 3 and every single bag has had missing pieces. I've been able to use spare parts until now, but now I'm stuck without 2 integral pieces and unable to do any more

Different Doc Brown Minifig
I received this as a gift for Christmas from my wife. The building process has been easy. I have almost completed. The only thing I’ll note is that the doc Brown that came in my 10300 set did not have sunglasses. He is the new face that they released with the smaller BTTF DeLorean version, so he has no sunglasses. So I’m a bit bummed about that but honestly, it’s a wonderful set.

The best set I have ever gotten
I got this set almost a year ago and I absolutely LOVE IT. It was a very fun build, though it took longer than it probably would have had I not been opening presents at the same time :) . Lego's design was perfect in every way, and I would 100% recommend it to any BTTF fan.

I jut had surgery and had to stay on the couch most of the time and needed something to do so this was really fun it gave me a bit challenge while still being do-able. there was a couple pieces missing but i was just able to use my own, like one of the other reviews i have no clue what the 1 star ratings are on about but overall it was a really fun set to build and i love that you can change it to be from the different movies
