I have only used this noodle cutter once. It simplifies the cutting process but next time, I will press down harder so the noodles separate better.

Great Noodle Cutter
My family has been using much smaller, metal noodles cutters for years but they are starting to fall apart, so I took a chance on this one. We were shocked how well it worked!
