To troubleshoot the dust sensor/air quality reading, please try the following: 1. With the unit off, gently blow on the dust sensor of the air purifier, located on the back or side of your unit. ** As an alternative, you can also use a cotton swab dipped in water to clean the dust sensor lens and then wipe the lens dry with a dry cotton swab. 2. Turn the unit on and run the air purifier at the highest manual fan speed for approximately one hour.

A: This would be dependent on the room size. The air purifier works for rooms up to 1876 sq ft (1 ACH) and is very efficient for rooms 388 sq ft (4.84 ACH).

A: To maintain your filter, we recommend cleaning the pre-filter (outer layer of the filter) using a soft brush or vacuum hose every 2-4 weeks. However, please do not use water or liquid to clean the filter, as trapped water particles may lead to mold growth or mildew odors. Either way, it is encouraged to change the filters after about 12 months of use or at your discretion.
