I ordered these replace the original Bose heating aids before the became Lexie. The Lexing are bigger and more clunky than the Bose they are just too big. And the case is too small to accommodate the hearing aids comfortably. The little extra tail usually sticks out of the case and hasn’t be pushed back in. Functionally they are just ok.

They help me a lot, especially seem to improve my tinnitus. I can hear in a loud room again. They are comfortable to wear for the most part even with my glasses on. For the price you cant beat it.

I’ve been happy with the quality of the Apollo Series from Hearing Help for several years. The transition to the Lexie Lumen has been a seamless upgrade! The sound quality seems to have been improved along with additional settings. Thank you for improving my quality of life as well as those around me. Didnt find the adjustable settings to the environments all that beneficial.

I have a very small ear canals that selection of dome sizes was great; wound up using the smallest dome in one ear and a slightly larger one in the other ear. Being able to change the size of the slim tube is a bonus; I've never seen that before. The hearing aids are very comfortable; by the 3rd day I forgot I was wearing them. I also prefer replacing batteries to rechargeable ones as the rechargeable ones I had weren't particularly comfortable (another company) and given my small ear canals, the in-the-ear hearing aids do not work for me.

I’m disappointed. My previous Lexies were wonderful. Five stars. With the new pair, I don’t hear as well. Adjustments are more difficult. I’m always losing batteries, because they easily fall out when the battery door is open.

Went to Audiologist, had them print my audiogram, sent it Lexie and got a recommendation. Ordered and they came quickly. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to change settings. They came with so many batteries, multiple sized domes, different size tubes, drying capsules, cleaning brush and wire.

These hearing aids are not for severe/profound hearing loss so didn't work for me. However everyone was extremely helpful and supportive during my purchase and return process. Very professional and efficient service.

These hearing aids for the price work very well for my 90 year old father. He can now hear our conversations without me having to raise my voice.

I fly fish a lot and have struggled to hear everyone else on the boat or next to the river over the sounds of the water when wearing my hearing aids. Now I can clip the mic on someone and hear all of the conversations. Fit well and the sound quality is great.

I waited util I wore the Hearing aids 2 weeks. I believe the sound is as good as my expensive hearing aids. The help line is very good. They helped resolve a couple of minor issues. The app is very user friendly! The only addition I would like to see in the app is "customer preferred" settings. Every morning when I put them in, I have to adjust them to my references. Overall, I would recommend them.

I used this unit for 40+ days at work and home. It is good quality of sound and easy to setup. Only one problem with battery, which discharging too quick. Also the new batteries already with 50% value are common. For such reason I will buy "Lexie B2 Plus" after returning "Lexie Lumen".

I was looking for an affordable option to hearing aids dispensed by an my audiologist. In 3 years they had doubled in price. After doing some research, I initially landed on the B2 rechargable hearing aids. I really liked the rechargeability and size, but was disappointed with the amount of gain and the fact that one couldn't program them individually. So I returned them and purchased the Lumens which apparently offered both. Not wild about the size, but was impressed by the gain and ability to program each. It did take some follow up as the programming on the app was insufficient. The reps I worked with were able to do ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING to increase the gain even more and raise the gain specifically on the speech frequencies. They work really well!! Still not wild about the size. and they are noticeable compared to my in the ear aids, and I do have to increase the volume every time I use them, and I'm back to batteries. But for the price and performance, they can't be beat. FYI, I do have reverse slope loss which are hard to program since most hearing aids are made for high frequency loss. I highly recommend these. Reps are super helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The actual sound from my Lexie is much better than my expensive hearing aids. They don’t always connect with my phone, or the Bluetooth signal disconnects at times, and live listen doesn’t always work very well. I would check out the Lexie 2 Plus when I’m ready to move forward, or try a brand that connects via blue tooth to a smart tv. Overall, other than the great “sound quality” these are just ok.
