Mastic Gum is really a wonder element ! This particular brand, however, does not contain enough of it, only 250mg, so in order for it to work properly for your digestive system, you need to take 1000mg (which makes 4 of these capsules, which is a lot to swallow if you also take other supplements like I do). I really really love the Nutricology Mastic Gum, and Swanson did not have it in stock for a very long time. So I searched and searched, and decided to order it directly from their website - a bit more costly, but well worth the price for this amazing product ! Overall, Mastic Gum is an awesome product that helps with a ton of digestive issues! I've been taking it for a few years and I do not want to run out of it at any time.
