[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and the wife got these kayaks to see if we would enjoy or even be able to kayak. Needless to say, we love it. It’s changed our view on it. The backrest on one of them was really warped when we got it. And the other one the clips broke off almost immediately. I have tried to find a replacement backrest and clips but can not find anything. Other than that, we enjoy the kayaks and plan to continue kayaking anytime we can. These were the perfect entry level kayaks that got us on the water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the kayak last Monday July 2nd. Take it out on Eagle Island State Park 2 times. The seat now keeps pop out didn’t stay in anymore. The kayak is very nice just the seat need to improve.

Very happy with my pair of kayaks; they perform just as expected. Best part for me is ease of transport. Easy to carry and I can pack two of them INSIDE my 2015 Subaru Forester with room to spare and still have a passenger seat open for my float partner! No roof rack or high lifting required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 last year for creek paddling. The boat is very stable and handles in the creek well. Also works well for fooling around on still water ponds and lakes. Do not recommend for river paddling because it is hard to keep it on course. Had to modify the VERY HARD seat by adding a butt pad and a roll to support the small of my back. PROBLEM: The little tiny seat buckles come apart VERY EASILY! ...and they SINK! Last trip a EXTREMELY HARD to paddle without that part!

I am 50 years old and I am loving my Daylite 80 kayak. I am able to lift and carry it myself and load it in my vehicle. It is stable and safe on the water. I am loving the adventures I'm having. It wipes right off

We have 2 of these Lotus's and they are very durable, and surprisingly stable for the type of boat. We recently needed a replacement seat and the service when ordering the part was very good.

I love my Lifetime kayaks - bought a 2nd one this summer since I loved the first one so much. My (not so careful) son used them a ton and so a few of the parts were broken/went missing and Lifetime sent me replacement parts free of charge - I was so impressed!

We bought 2 Lifetime kayaks, two years ago. We love them! The seat clip either broke and fell off or was knocked off in storing this year. I called up the company and spoke to a wonderful lady. She found the part and mailed it to us. We received it in the mail a few days later- for FREE! I could not say enough good about their product.

I bought 2 kayaks 2 years ago and bought another one the next year. We love them.

Probably my only complaint is the plastic clip that holds the seat upright has had to be replaced. I wish they'd use metal, plastic gets hot in the sun and stretches out and gets loose then breaks easy. But lifetime has been so quick to respond and replace the needed parts without any issues. Thanks Lifetime!!! Affordable fun!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this kayak three years ago as a gift and I have had so much fun with it! It is incredibly stable (my grandchildren climb off and on it with me and it barely rocks), tracks nicely on our lake and has all the features I wanted for flat water. The customer service from Lifetime has been exemplary. I have only had two issues in three years - the front handle broke and the drain plug tether broke resulting in the loss of the drain plug. Both times it was easy to contact Lifetime and they quickly sent me replacements and their agents were very pleasant. I also purchased Lifetime children's kayaks for my grandchildren from which they have received many hours of entertainment.

I have had my Daylite Kayak for two years and I have been enjoyed my hours of paddling on the local lake with my wife and grandkids. I was also very pleased with the LifeTime service/parts dept when they were able to replace a seat lock clip for my Kayak at no charge.

He explained that it was covered under warranty and would issue a shipment for all of my kayaks! Best company by far and love these kayaks!

I love my daylite kayak! So, when it came to needing some basic replacement parts (a plug and a handle), I reached out to Lifetime’s customer service. Not only were they responsive, but they offers to replace those parts free of cost. This way not what I was expecting! A company that stands by their product will have my business any day!

I have purchased 6 of these kayaks for my rental houses. My house are near a lake and these kayaks are perfect because - 1. Lightweight so my renters can easily carry them to the water. 2. Do not tip easy. You can get in the kayak without worrying about flipping over. 3. Lifetime Products is great about sending replacement parts. I had the seat clip break and the sent me a new one within in days at no cost. 4. Easy to maneuver especially if you're a first-time kayaker. 5. Great price for this kayak.
