Honestly these are like a dessert for me. They taste incredible, are packed with protein, and a great alternative to a lot of unhealthy snacks I’d normally reach for. These are a must buy every time I’m at the grocery store.

I absolutely love this yogurt, I eat it everyday. It taste delicious, I’ve tried other kinds, but then decided to just stick with this sometimes I’ll add some fruit or granola to it. It’s the best tasting yogurt out there

This flavor is one of my favorites. It tastes like what it advertises it is. Since it is a part of the light n fit line, you can eat it plain with add ins or without. Obsessed with the creme brûlée flavor—SO good! It had the perfect amount of sweetness and was super satisfying. Strawberry cheesecake is good too, but the creme brûlée flavor really takes the cake!

These come in a duo flavor pack. These two are my favorite light and fit brand flavor. They have no syrup or puree. It’s just a thick yogurt texture and is smooth no chunks. Recommend this #1!

The taste and texture is great! Its ingredients seem healthier than other yogurts. This is the best tasting yogurt and no sour taste like many other yogurts have.

I did a delivery and they sent me expired yogurt, the packaging is wet and soggy as if it was sitting out of refrigeration …this is so not acceptable and this is dairy… This is how you make people sick ….waste of my time and money

I’ve had it as an afternoon snack, breakfast on the go, and even as a light dessert after dinner when I’m craving something sweet but don’t want to dive into a full slice of cake. The texture is smooth, thick, and creamy once stirred (like most yogurts, a little water might settle on top. Just give it a quick mix). It holds up beautifully in a lunchbox and is super easy to toss into a work bag or cooler on busy mornings. Now here’s a warning: do not let your toddler try it unless you’re ready to share every single time! I have a very picky 2 year old with food and texture aversions, and this is one of the very few foods she’ll not only eat but come running for as soon as she sees me open one. That’s honestly saying a lot. Another plus? This particular flavor comes in a 4 pack, which isn’t the case with all Light + Fit varieties, and I really appreciate that since this is one I like to keep stocked. I’ve been buying it for years, and unlike most foods that I rotate through, I haven’t gotten tired of it. It’s high-protein, low-calorie, fat-free, and mom AND toddler approved in this house. Definitely one of my grocery staples and one I’ll keep buying as long as they keep making it.

My favorite yogurt. This tastes soo good it’s none and creamy. Perfect combination of vanilla and coconut. Good value and quality product.

These are so richy, creamy and flavorful! My entire family loves them and I feel good knowing that it's a healthy snack with quality ingredients that's full of protein. This yogurt is great. I am a big fan of coconut flavor and this doesn't disappoint. Sometimes flavored yogurt can be too sweet, but not this. The flavor components are distinct, but blend well and compliment each other.

I seriously can’t go a morning without this yogurt! It starts my day off with the right fuel but still tastes light and not too much! The flavor is my favorite and you can taste both the coconut and the vanilla in it. So worth it for the price!

I love the strawberry cheesecake and it taste so good and the texture is not bad at all because that’s what I was afraid of before I bought them. It would be like chalky, but it’s not it taste amazing. It is very well packaged too.
