These yogurts give me a nice boost to my day. I love the vanilla flavor, but it’s too overpowered by the strong sweet taste. The texture is so smooth and the cups are just the right size. I know when I have this yogurt I’m getting the nutrients that I need.

This is my favorite yogurt ever! The flavor is so good and it has so much protein in every serving. I love adding some chocolate pudding mix and strawberries- it’s like a healthy chocolate covered strawberry for breakfast! The yogurt is not too thick or too thin and is smooth!

This is my all time favorite yogurt. I like to watch my protein intake and the light and fit yogurt cups are a go to for me when I’m making yogurt bowls. The vanilla is a perfect base for fruit toppings but so far all the flavors have been great.

I use this yogurt daily for breakfast in either a smoothie or on top of granola and fruit. It’s high in protein and low in fat and it’s a good way to start your day. It’s an affordable breakfast.

I love these yogurts! They are low calorie and have 12 grams of protein but don’t taste like it! They are perfect for a snack to get some extra protein into your day or adding to a smoothie!

I’ve been having this for breakfast for years now. I love this flavor as it’s subtle and allows me to add protein cereal to round out my protein needs and adds some crunch. I find the consistency much better then most other options and it leaves no aftertaste. I also love to freeze this and use as frozen yogurt with some chocolate chips and berries for a sweet night time treat.

Normally I can’t stand Greek yogurt. I don’t like the taste or the texture. Light & fit is the only brand I can actually eat & it tastes so good ! There’s also so many different flavors which I love the variety

I eat this yogurt multiple times a week the flavor is really good. I really don’t like plain Greek yogurt but vanilla is perfect. It also has low calories which is great if you’re trying to lose weight.
