I’ve been having this for breakfast for years now. I love this flavor as it’s subtle and allows me to add protein cereal to round out my protein needs and adds some crunch. I find the consistency much better then most other options and it leaves no aftertaste. I also love to freeze this and use as frozen yogurt with some chocolate chips and berries for a sweet night time treat.

Normally I can’t stand Greek yogurt. I don’t like the taste or the texture. Light & fit is the only brand I can actually eat & it tastes so good ! There’s also so many different flavors which I love the variety

I eat this yogurt multiple times a week the flavor is really good. I really don’t like plain Greek yogurt but vanilla is perfect. It also has low calories which is great if you’re trying to lose weight.

I am a nurse and often running on empty with little time to sit and eat. I eat a light and fit every morning and keep an extra in case I do not get lunch. So easy and do yummy. I can also add things like fruit, gram crackers or granola to add more calories if needed.
