Q: Hello! A competitor's website says that this bed is made with "alloy steel, wood and engineered wood." What are the true materials used to make this bed? What is the pecan finish made with? Thank you!
A: Hi BDFL, the materials used for this frame is Pine wood for all wooden parts, except for the slats that is made of Plywood.

Q: Hello! How wide are the slats and how far apart are they? For Tempur-pedic mattresses, slats have to be at least 3” wide and no more than 4” apart, so just making sure those dimensions are met. Thanks
A: Hi ChicagoFanForever, the approximate slat spacing for this bed frame is 3.4", and each slat is 0.49" thick.

Q: What is the distance between the floor and the BOTTOM of the edge of the bed frame (not the slats, but the frame) on the long sides? For context, I am asking to see if a storage tote would slide under the bed frame.
A: Hi MFO, the distance from the floor to the bottom part of the side rail is 6".

A: Our bed frames are designed to accommodate most memory foam, spring and hybrid mattresses. Please be sure to review your mattress warranty to ensure there are no limitations before pairing it with our bed frames. We do not recommend using air or water mattresses with any of our bed frames.

A: Hello John, the Linda Wood Platform Bed has a 41.34" height from floor to top of the headboard and 13" from floor to top of slats.
