A: This is "undutched" as the Lindt USA Team said, but they do not notate Dutch processing in their ingredients listing. For example, look at their 90% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Bar.

Lindor is my favorite it’s so delicate sweet smooth melt in your mouth taste it’s way better than your average Hershey bar wrapped up in a golden wrapper white coating with white deliciousness inside that drips out when you bite into these delicious little balls of awesome
