Waste of money. Screws fall out at foot rest and bolts constantly need tightening. Back of chair was stapled together and that is falling apart leaving sharp staples exposed. Do not buy!

Great chair, but why the $100 price increase?
LOVE these. We bought one to be sure we actually liked it before needing 4 more. They sold out (of course) once we put together the chair and made a decision. They just came back in stock and are now $100 more! We are bummed they increased the price by almost 100% so we found somewhere else that sells them for the original price we bought them for $119.

These chairs are perfect!
We originally were going with another style, but I’m so glad I kept browsing! The height is good, the cushions are comfortable & the neutral colors adds the right amount of warmth. Time will tell how the cushions hold up but they feel sturdy. We knew the back wouldn’t be be too supportive because of the style, but we’ve had them for a week and they’re supportive so far. I’d definitely recommend

Love the look!
Cushions are firm. The back is a good balance between a backless stool and a full supported (it has support but is only fabric). A little complex to set up - the wood between the legs isn't flush underneath. Color matches what's shown in the photos. We love the look of them and are practical for our needs! Ordering a third one.

Beautiful Counter Stool
These chairs are very comfortable. They also clean easily even after pasta sauce spills from my kids. One of the cross bars broke and customer service was wonderful. They replaced the whole chair for me (they don't sell replacement parts yet). With that said, the chairs are well built, there must have been a defect or knot in the piece of wood. Customer service returned my email that night and I had a new chair within 3 days. I highly recommend Nathan James Counter Stools, great product and customer service.

We had a bit of trouble with our order initially. We ordered 4 stools and 2 were defective. Fortunately, the NJ customer service team was FANTASTIC about setting us up with replacements. The two functioning units were easy to put together and look and feel great. excited to finish the set.
