    Sent Wrong Product!

    I ordered 6 boxes of the sweet tea and I received 6 boxes of unsweetened tea! I was charged extra for sweet tea and didn’t receive what I ordered even though the pods said sweet tea on them.

    I really like the southern sweet tea but unfortunately that is not what I received even though it was what I had ordered. When I contacted the customer service I was told that they would replace the item. I had ordered 3 boxes of the southern sweet tea but when the order came I received 3 boxes of sweet tea. When the "replacement " came, I received 1 box of (again) sweet tea. When I called again, I was told that my entire order would be refunded but was only partially refunded, until I took the entire box to my local Target store. I had not had this problem before but I will most likely not be ordering from the website again.

    Please fo not call this southern sweet tea

    First of all, southerners do not put Sucralose in our sweet tea. Secondly, this is not sweet AT ALL. Utterly disappointed. Just buy the plain tea pods, brew hot over SUGAR, stir then pour over ice. Sucralose, Really? This crap ingredient is a plight on society.

    Love this tea!
