Description
Liquid-Plumr Hair Clog Eliminator gets rid of the toughest hair clogs. Our powerful gel destroys hair clogs the first time with 70% more actives. Hair Clog Eliminator effectively unclogs your bathtub, shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink, and clears slow running drains. It is also specially formulated for hair clogs, the most common reason for clogs in your drain. Its safe for all septic systems and pipes, including PVC, plastic, metal and old pipes. Do not use in toilets or garbage disposals or with ammonia, toilet bowl cleaners or non-Liquid-Plumr clog removers (to avoid the release of hazardous gas). Liquid-Plumr contains biodegradable surfactants and no phosphorus. Excessive heat or cold may cause some of the ingredients in Liquid-Plumr to form clumps, but this should not affect its performance.Usage Directions: Slowly pour the entire bottle of Hair Clog Eliminator down the drain. Wait 15 minutes. Flush with hot water. Do not use in toilets or garbage disposals.Caution Statements: Danger: keep out of reach of children. Injures eyes, skin and mucous membranes on contact. Harmful if swallowed. Do not use with ammonia, toilet bowl cleaners or other clog removers, as the release of hazardous gases may occur. FIRST AID: EYES Flush with water for 15 minutes. If wearing contact lenses, remove after first 5 minutes. SKIN Wash immediately with water. IF SWALLOWED Drink a glassful of water. DO NOT induce vomiting. In all cases, call a doctor or poison control center.

The gel took some time to fully empty from bottle. Waited 30 mins and by time water was hot the sink started filling up. Added a small pot of almost boiling water. Sink filled up more. Few hours later heard some strange noises from BR and clog was cleared fully. Prob shouldn't have waited so long to buy this but all good now!

I've tried the regular cheap drain cleaners that come in the red bottle for years, and they have always had minimal to zero effect. This was the first product that actually cleared my drain. It is a very thick quite gel as opposed to a liquid, so it will take some time for all of it to seep into your drain. Once it has done that though, wait at least 15 minutes like the bottle says, and then pour boiling water down to clear it out. I waited about 30-40 minutes, and my drain is now completely clear. I definitely will buy this one again the next time I have a slow drain. The only downside is I wish it was a bit cheaper.

did absolutely nothing to help my drain. I even tried it again with a second bottle, and used boiling water. not all the gel would come out of the bottle, either. I will try a different brand and see if that helps.

I have used a lot of liquid drain cleaners, and this one is by far the best. My teenager is morally opposed to keeping his hair out of his sink, and it constantly gets clogged. I used the product according to the instructions, and it worked wonderfully without too much of a chemical smell.

This product is the truth. I use another brand before I went in the the second time with this and that other brand did not budge at all and I waiting a few hours for it to work then I came in with this brand and it started working immediately now I have a sense of relief because looking at a unclog tub was working my nerves and I couldn’t wait on maintenance

The worst drain cleaner I’ve ever used. 1. The instructions say to use the entire bottle on a single drain! Poor value. 2. The gel doesn’t go down the drain well, forcing you to pour in drops. Poor use of time. 3. The container doesn’t pour well so gel slides down the side of the container and gets on your hands and elsewhere. Wear gloves or call poison control. Dangerous. 4. There is a label that tears away, hoping it would show a window with how much in the container. Nope! Just removes the label. Maybe so you can take it to the ER? Who knows? Dangerous point 2. 5. Ruined the silver metal on the drain. Looked perfect before and now is oxidized. 6. A lot of gel is left in the bottle but won’t come out. Poor value point 2. Literally the worst drain cleaner I’ve ever used. I wish I could give it negative stars.
