The drain snake broke in half within a minute of me starting to use it and then got stuck. I had to call a handy man to come get it out to avoid it hurting our pipes. Never going to use a plastic one of these before. Only gave it two starts since I've used it in the past on a different drain without issues. After talking to friends, I'm not the only person I know who has had this exact issue happen.

Game changer! These cleaners worked wonders getting hair and gunk out of our drains. It’s so awesome to have a way to clean the drains without chemicals.

I used these to clear out a bathroom sink clog as well as the bathtub clog! In the bathroom sink, it did get stuck after I pushed it down pretty far - when pulling it back up, I felt like I was going to either break the cleaner or the sink - thankfully neither broke and I just had to be patient and not pull on it too hard, sort of wiggled it a bit and kept gently pulling. The bathtub was easier once I figured out what direction the drain goes!

If you have people with long hair in your house, these are so helpful to keep bathroom drains running.

Worked okay but the teeth broke off

These are the bomb! We have long hair so we live with clogged drains. This worked pretty well on a tub drain. However, used it on my shower drain today. The whole disgusting, smelly ball of hair and black slime came up in one try and I could see the bottom of the drain! Amazing! And disposable so that's a perk, too!

Broke using it 1 time. The teeth come off and it becomes useless. Tried all 3 and they all broke

These were easy to use and very helpful. I was very happy with how they worked quickly and didn’t break even with the worst clog I’ve ever seen! I still can’t believe what it was able to get out but now I might be a little sick. I highly suggest gloves or having paper towels nearby to get the clog once’s it starts to come out. 🤢🤮 I’m also glad it was so inexpensive because I didn’t feel bad throwing away the one that I used.

Great product! Took a couple of minutes to insert and you tug and pull and out all the hair comes.

I really did clear the drain out. I’ve never used these before. It did get stuck a couple times and the plastic pegs started breaking off. It served it’s purpose though

This product worked great! Eww, let me just say that the hair and stinky gunk that I pulled out of my bathroom sink was disgusting, but these wands worked wonders! I didn't have any trouble inserting it into my drain. The instructions were simple. I didn't encounter any issues with shards of blue plastic leftover in my drain. I did use two wands because I wanted to be sure that I'd pulled everything out. I saved a lot of money by not using a plumber or the liquid drain clearing products.

The drain at my apartment was always slow. I bought this just to see if it would help. Worked so good I almost threw up because not expecting all that hair in the drain.
