This is a terrible product DO NOT BUY. After I placed it down my drain I could not pull it out the prongs on the tool got stuck and as I forced it out all the prongs ripped off it so now all those pieces are sitting in my drain. Cheap, hazardous product. It will destroy your drain.

It breaks way too easy. I bought a similar item at the dollar tree and it was more flexible. Just think this item and how it’s made—it’s too rigid for it to meneuver through the bends of the pipes.

I feel like it kind of worked. The teeth broke off and I felt like I almost had to use a second one. I really had to work it since the teeth kept breaking. it eventually got the hair. I've bought them at the dollar store and they seemed to work better. I probably wouldn't buy these again.
