I purchased two bottles of Liquid-Plumr drain cleaner. One had obviously been opened (about half was missing) and there was a clump that had solidified in the bottom. Needless to say, the drain is still clogged. The other bottle worked just fine. That drain is clear.

Old, congealed product that doesn't work or even smell of chemicals
I tried selecting "fix an issue" but it says I can only return this item at a store. It won't let me say that it doesn't work. I ordered 3 of these bottles & none of them smell like bleach or anything. They don't smell like Liquid Plumr. In fact, they don't smell like anything at all. Half of the container comes out in white chunks while the clear half pours out. It looks like there was either a production problem or these are so old that they've congealed. My last order had at least one of these bottles that didn't work as well. I forgave it, thinking it was a fluke. I ordered these 3 bottles & it's the same with all 3. I put them in the drain & no smell, NO NOTHING. These bottles do nothing. What I want is a refund for these 3 bottles. I paid for an item that should have active chemicals & nothing in this is active. Your "fix an issue" option needs work because there's no option there to share what happened with this. There's nothing to return because it's a faulty chemical that was eithr made wrong or grossly expired/old.

Worked, but took 2 hours.
Pro gel urgent clear My sink kept backing up from a neighbors unit. I always have to call the plumber but I had no time and was in a rush. I've tried drano plenty of times with no results. This one actually did the trick with a large amount of standing water. It took about two hours. Strongly suggest to wait 30 minutes and pour boiling water at the end. It says hot water, but a kettle full of boiled water is more effective.
