Use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.Children Under 6 Years of Age

Works really well without the signature “burn” that is typical with their other products (remember the commercials from a while back encouraging you to make it one minute with it? LOL) Doesn’t taste overly medicinal, likely due to being alcohol-free. Leaves you feeling clean, sparkly and ready to roll. A staple in our cabinet!

I like the fact that you don’t get the burning sensation using this like you do with some of the other mouth wash brands. The flavor is good, and it gives your mouth a fresh feeling. I just don’t think it’s worth the extra money to buy this name brand product over some of the generic brands that give the exact same results.

It's easy to tuck away on the bathroom sink or into your bags when traveling and I will certainly be looking to get a bigger bottle in the future.
