Developed adult onset asthma. Nearly killed me because I couldn’t believe what was happening and the ERs are overcrowded. I now use a steroid inhaler with powdered medicine 2 times per day. After using it for 2-2.5 days I get a sore throat and have to skip a dose. I used to rinse with water after using the inhaler but my Pulmonologist recommended using Listerine instead. Sore throat problem solved…inhaler used as I am supposed to and asthma mostly controlled.

This is great and powerful been around for years. I use it after I brush my teeth sometimes before and after I brush my teeth or just if I need a refresh, I'll put in a little refill trial and take it with me in my purse. It is very strong so if you're not a minty kind of person, it would not be good for you. The value for the money was decent.

Honestly this listerine fresh burst is super fresh without being harsh and my mouth feels clean for hours. It’s strong enough to kill morning breath instantly, but it doesn’t burn my mouth like crazy and makes your breath smell good.
