Family all loves these and super handy to keep in car, backpack etc. I don’t love all the packaging that you go through with them.

Works just as well as the name brand. I have extremely dry eyes. With regular use, I can tell the difference. Easy to keep in your desk, purse or tote bag.

I decided to go with the cheaper option and I do not like them. My eyes still feel dry after using them.

1. The amount of liquid in the individual tubes varies. 2. Very difficult to squeeze. 3. You have to shake the tube to ensure the liquid's at the right end. 4. The tips can be SHARP after you snap the end off, which could add another problem.

Drops are far larger than the competition

The droppers are badly designed, so you can't dispense small drops. Not only does this mean you sometimes get more than you want in your eye, but it's harder to avoid your eyelashes. Makes for a frustrating mess and tears running down your face!

Pass on this brand of eye drops

These eye drops are not worth the money. The individual tubes have very little eye drop solution, barely enough for one drop. Additionally, the plastic is too stiff to squeeze. With both problems, many of the tubes are just unusable. Pass on this brand of eye drops.

I bought eyedrops for post LASIK use. These eye drops give me terrible cloudy vision for 10-15 minutes. Stick with Systane or Refresh

Hard to use

Disappointed - 1 year ago
These are very difficult to use. The applicator is hard to push and I usually end up wasting most of the product. I've used other brands with the same type of applicator and have had no problems with the other brands. These are a waste of money even if they are cheaper than other brands. I will never purchase these again.

I regret purchasing this

I need to use eye drops post-Lasik. Bought this thinking the store brand would be as good as name brand and I’d save some money. But the eye dropper doesn’t work as well so I end up wasting quite a bit. I also feel like the artificial tears formula is not as effective or long lasting so I need to apply more often than with the name brand. In the end this was a waste of money.

Could seriously damage your eyes

Christina - 1 year ago, Verified purchaser
They were bought to try as an alternative to brand name eye drops without preservatives. The up&up eyedrops almost caused my eyes serious harm. They open with twisting off the cap, it leaves a scratchy hole that does not have a spout as most eye dropers do. With a spout you can easily guage and drop eyedrops into your eye. Because it does not have a spout it is really easy to get the opening to close to your retina and I scratched my eye on the sharp opening. This happened more than once and I realized it was a really dangerous design flaw. This coming from someone using eye drops for about 20 years or so, so I am no novice. I have never scratched my eyes on a dropper, and I wanted to warn others. I find the opening unaceptably sharp and horribly dangerous.

It doesn’t recap like other brands, fix this and it will be so much better. You have to basically use the entire vial in one sitting because it does not recap.

Difficult to Dispense & Leak

1 out of 5 stars
Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend
cincinnati - 2 years ago, Verified purchaser
These eye drops are much more difficult to dispense than other brands and generics. I tried for a single drop and got more like 2 or 3. When they are opened upright they still leak out drops. They can't be capped for disposal, which means if you aren't right next to a trash can, be prepared for them to leak everywhere.

AD101 - 2 years ago, Verified purchaser
These eye drops do little to no moisturizing. I had to re-apply and still didn't feel much of a difference. They were a total waste of money. Don't waste your money on this generic brand. Refresh is way better.
