[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow. The cooling side actually stays cool, it's like magic! It's comfortable and the width is perfect for side sleeping. It is not too rigid nor too soft. I do recommend to let it air for more the recommended 48 hours after open it because it comes with a weird smell like most products that have charcoal, but the smell completely goes away after it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the medium-firmness of the memory foam. it’s not too stiff, it has a nice support all night. I usually do get hot in the middle of the night but with this pillow I was asleep all night. no night sweats. i also like it came with a protector.

As a woman who has been thrown into menopause and has terrible night sweats and hot flashes this pillow is so amazing! It sleep great and I don’t need to fold the pillow or anything to sleep and I wake up pain free! At least my neck does lol! I highly recommend this pillow and will be finding it online to order a second one for my bed so I have a set! Perfect pillow!

It really does feel cool to the touch on one side compared to my other pillows which is cool. I use it as a support pillow for watching tv so it works great for that. Not sure on value as it seems to be unreleased and I can’t see price.

The one downside I will say is that it doesn’t quite fit a standard pillow case so I’m going to have to do some research to find a larger one that might work better.

This pillow doesn’t have as much firmness as I would prefer but the cooling side is so soothing! It’s a good size for a king or queen bed as well. I would recommend.
