Lumie Bodyclock Rise 100 Wake-Up Light Alarm Clock with Sunrise and Sunset

Good product, works exactly as described. I was surprised to find the sunset option knocks me out completely but the sunrise is not always so effective - but still better than a conventional alarm. It would be useful if there were a button that turned it completely on or off immediately rather than dimming to zero or brightening to full.

We were looking for an alarm clock for our 4 year old who has complete black out blinds in her room. This is a very eay to use alarm clock with a night light function, sunset and sunrise settings and works perfectly with our daughter in helping her nod off to sleep and rise in the morning. Only let down is the only having a beep alarm but we knew that was the case when ordering so worth the 5 stars for what it does!

Love the light but there is no way for the alarm to be set to recurring, meaning you have to reset it again each night and with scrolling through the numbers, this feels like a nightly faff. Love it apart from this but it's a real pain it doesn't have this feature.

I normally use my phone as an alarm (which can be triggering in the morning), so I was SO excited to receive this product and have an alternate way of waking up in the morning that is therapeutic in nature! I am a therapist and give this product a 10/10! The features are innovative. There is a feature for sunrise and sunset. If you struggle with sleeping, waking up, or simply want to be mindful of your sleeping patterns, I highly recommend you try this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used sunrise clocks before but they were always weak or just too complicated. This one has strong light for both sunrise AND sunset and is a little complicated at first but overall something I think I’ll commit to memory in no time. So first thing is that it’s very lightweight! I thought it was going to be heavy but it’s not at all. When setting it up I noticed a little spot to tuck the cord but it’s way too small. I tried to push the cord in delicately but in order to get it in I would’ve had to use force and it would’ve damaged the cord, so I gave up. You’ll definitely need to read the directions because it’s not intuitive on its own. First off, it’s in 24 hour time. There’s a small QR code sheet in the box that mentions it but it’s NOT mentioned in the instructions themselves. You can change it to 12 hour time but it’s not in the instructions so you’d have to notice that little card and scan it with a smart phone to start a video. That isn’t super accessible for everyone so I would hope they update their manuals. I left it on 24 hour time because I’ve always wanted to learn and get used to it so not big deal for me. I love the nightlight feature but I wish it had a timer on its own. The alarm beep is always horrific. It’s a very annoying beep and it pulses faster and faster as it’s going off so it’s a little anxiety inducing. The sunrise wouldn’t wake me up alone right now because I get a good amount of light in my window through the shades but as winter comes I’m sure it’ll be more apparent. I do absolutely love the sunset feature, I find it really soothing and wish it lasted longer because it’s just so nice. We just switched to “fall back” so I’m excited for this to help the adjustment.

Provides a very comfortable way to wake up in the mornings. Only issue is that controls are not totally intuitive; not that we change the set up very often.

Easy to use once I got the hang of the menu and symbols. Wakes me gently in the dark mornings and helps me drift off with a sunset.

Lovely little product, works great, loving the functions and has noticeably improved my sleeping pattern.

Xmas present bought for our son in Sweden. He loves it and has found it really helps with the dark mornings.

Very nice product, I offered it to my mum for Christmas and she loves it! It wakes you up gently and you can adjust the brightness to your liking. You just need some time to fully understand how everything works as the instructions are not extensive, but that's not too hard. The only thing that is somewhat missing is a nature sound instead of the beeping noise it makes. But in my mum's case, she gets up before getting to the beep so it works out alright anyway.

Easy to use, its relaxing and reassuring light is comforting while falling asleep and great to help you wake up gradually during dark mornings. Only improvement I can think of is an off button for the light as to turn it off manually you have to hold the dimmer button until the light is gone.
