A: We are sorry to learn you had some trouble opening the child-resistant cap on this container. We can understand your frustration and hope that these tips will help: Hold bottle firmly with one hand on a flat surface. With other hand, squeeze sides of cap where indicated while turning counterclockwise. Do not remove cap. Avoid squeezing bottle when opening. To reseal, twist cap clockwise until tightly closed.

This is a good cleaner, but I think there should be a label warning people not to use with bleach. I used bleach with this product and the fumes that came from it were awful. I had to sit outside for a while with my pets. Please do not use this with bleach.

Like most products, post Covid, it’s been reformulated. It is no longer thick enough to cling to the bowl (as advertised) although the old formula did just that.

It was hard to unscrew the cap but the product itself is good, it's very thick, clings to the surface and does the job cleaning very well. It smells good too.
