Q: How do I get the top off so that I can rinse the container to recycle it?

A: turn top LEFT all the way, KEEP GOING, & top will come off. Then will see insert, pry up gently to refill or rinse bottle, put back in reverse. Note after 8 mos will probably leak & finally need new!

It is quite weird to write a review for a toilet cleaner, but this is so worth it! It smells wonderfully minty- no chemical smell at all. It cleans beautifully, and I especially love the twist up cap that stays on and just twist down when you're done. The ergonomics of the bottle enables you to squirt up under the rim of the toilet bowl. Method products have natural derivatives, so you also don't have the guilt of using harsh, abrasive, bad-for-the environment toilet cleaners. I order this in multiples, because I'm worried it's going to be discontinued. And finally, the price point is completely reasonable and in-line with all other toilet bowl cleaners. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this product. We have well water that has a high iron content. Needless to say, yellow rings from staining is a constant battle. I squirt an extra amount in the toilet and leave it sit for a while before cleaning. It works so well to clean the normal grime plus the staining from our water. Highly recommend!

I'm used to using Scrubbing Bubbles Bleachy Bubbles which actually cleans the toilet for you. Bored with it because it doesn't leave a fresh scent and it's very difficult to get, I decided to try this. It works very well and the bottle goes a long way, unlike the Bleachy Bubbles, which will only give you about two uses. You do have to go around the toilet with the brush but it's not exactly hard labor. I will be purchasing this going forth.
