Q: How do I get the top off so that I can rinse the container to recycle it?
A: turn top LEFT all the way, KEEP GOING, & top will come off. Then will see insert, pry up gently to refill or rinse bottle, put back in reverse. Note after 8 mos will probably leak & finally need new!

Q: I have a hard time getting this product under the rim of the toilet? Any secret tips I should know about? Do you have a spray version of Method for toilet cleaning and disinfecting?
