The test lipstick was applied before I got my hair done and the color was very nice. By the time my hair was finished which was about 1.5 hours, the color was virtually gone. The actual lipstick I purchased was returned.

I really wanted to love this as the powder kiss lipstick formula is my fave. The applicator has a very odd shape which makes applying a challenge - the formula is streaky and clumps/separates immediately, and also gathers in the lines of the lips. I even tried the lip prep and prime underneath and that did not help.

As a cool tone girlie I've been eyeing at the shade It's Personal for months now and I finally caved in and bought it. The formula is so buttery and moisturising. Reminds me of the old nyx matte lip creams. You will definitely need to reapply if you eat or drink, but I don't mind it because it's a beautiful color and feel. I love to pair this with Makeup Forever Endless Cacao, Nyx Touch Up Taupe, or Mob Beauty M159.

I loved this lipstick so much I want all the colors and hope MAC will bring more colors from the original lipsticks. I have problems getting all the color onto my lips with the regular lipstick, this covered all of my lips with literally one swipe! Buying more colors! lasts a good bit slightly fades when drinking but not like normal lipstick.

This is a great matte lipstick - awesome color, goes so well with my south Asian olive-brown skin. It doesn't last as long as the newest matte formula, but has been my favorite for a long time. It's highly pigmented, doesn't dry out lips and is quite lightweight.

This was my first purchase at my local Ulta after asking for their longest lasting lip color. By the time I got home the sample was no longer visible on my lips. It didn't hold for 8 hours. It didn't even stay for 2 hours. When I went to return the unused lipstick, Ulta refused to take the return. This was a total rip off, and I will never buy from Ulta again. Poor product, overpriced, and ridiculous non-return policy.
