I have been using NW20 for over 20 years. The new color is too orange! Otherwise I like the new design of the compact. But the color annoys me.

Awful! Mac needs to bring back the old formula - I’ve been wearing shade NC 25 for 20 years, and the new formula is straight ORANGE. It’s terrible. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This is the worst. MAC lost me as a 20 year buyer

I actually like this brand…I have been using this brand for years and all of a sudden my shade (NC43) is gone. The sales lady suggested this (NC44), and now I’m traveling with my face darker than my neck!
Go back to the original formulation from two months ago!

Wow! This powder is awful! MAC go back to the previous formula! This was my ride or die and now it is goodbye! It exemplifies every pore, settles into lines, and is something I have to touch-up every 30 minutes. I have oily skin and this new formula is so bad that I am warning anyone with oily skin to stay away. I am so disappointed. They cut the powder from 0.52 oz to 0.42 oz and it is not going to last 2-3 weeks. I'm going back to Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Powder, as I used before I tried the previous formula. I am returning and until they go back, I am not coming back. Do better, MAC. Don't ruin a good thing! The colors have also changed and are extremely ORANGE. I usually wear NC35. I have warm undertones and i exchanged the new formula for NC25 and it is still extremely orange. Two packages ruined and wasted because of your horrible reformulation! Luckily, Ulta has a great return policy!

New formula -shade changed from NW20 to NC10. After 16yrs of use, I will not be repurchasing. Old formula was creamy and long lasting -18 hour wear + repurchase every 8-10 months. New formula hit pan at 9 days. Dry, crepey, lots of kick back in pan.
I like it…

Disclaimer… I did NOT like the original. It always looked very powdery & ashy on me. This formula looks very natural once the setting spray (all nighter) dries. 1 layer for medium coverage & 2 layers for full coverage. It lasts all day even in humid conditions. It's probably best to go in & get matched with the shade difference from the old formula. I did purchase this with my own money & will continue to do so as long as it's made.
Tried to fix something that wasn't broken...and now it is :(

After using this product for years, I am going to be returning my newest purchase and never returning. The color is off, the texture is horrible and for the last two days I have looked worn and battered from the moment I put it on. I absolutely hate it! Everything about it makes me so disappointed that those getting paid lots of money to make decisions would ruin such a great product for so many of us. Goodbye Mac!

been a loyal MAC customer for 6 years but not anymore. the new formula is awful. First...the shades are all messed up. (normally a C3 and there's not a C3 anymore) C shades are no longer Cool Im guessing because the C3.5 is dark and orange-ish. I have been color swatched probably 10 times in a week just trying to find something that works and there's absolutely nothing for my shade anymore. will not be using any MAC products until they change back
I would buy this product again and again 10 years+

I have been using this powder foundation for almost 10 years now and the new one is horrible! I'm not sure why they would change something that was so so good. I'm now on the hunt for a new one and having no luck. :(
I love it, and I would definitely buy this product again!

I'm apparently in the minority, but I love the new formula! I feel like it provides a little more coverage and is really smooth! I was a little nervous after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised!

I have been using this for the last 10 years and it never ever fails me. Gives my makeup a smooth airbrushed look and I also use it to touch up my makeup since it adds coverage. Will always repurchase!

I think it's very sad to see how many loyal customers are asking for the old formula back and MAC is yet to say anything. I think the least they can do is acknowledge this new formula is not matching the expectations of their customers and reformulate or go back to the old one. I once was a MAC ride or die but this is just killing the vibe for me. Unable to use this and will be throwing away.
