My first experience with a powder foundation. I like that its very subtle and natural looking but at the same time for the price I think it's too subtle. I also don't like that it transfers extremely easily to clothing even with a setting powder on. I feel like I have to try to cake in a lot of the powder to get a polished look.

I used the old formula for over 10 years and the new formula is nothing like it. Not to mention the color is WAY off. Do not recommend.

The shades are so messed up with this new formula, haven't found the PERFECT match but found a workable one. That said, this formula is MUCH better at doing what it says. Yes it creates more loose powder when you grab product with your brush, but I don't find my face to be nearly as oily at the end of the day. With the old formula I would need to blot my face after 4-5 hours daily. I no longer need to do that. It is also a more build-able formula so I dont look as caked up as before. All in all I like it a lot, just need to find that perfect shade.

This is the best foundation I've ever used. It goes on light but it covers beautifully, and I don't need to top it off with face powder. I love it. One compact lasts me for months, so it's a great value, too!

Irritating they changed the product quality

Really disappointed they changed something that I wore for 20 years and was AMAZING to something not nearly as good of a product. I had to return to the store THREE times to find my proper shade. They didn't keep the numbers the same, they're all too warm, and it doesn't go on as well and shows in the lines more. PLEASE bring back the old style!!

I have been a loyal MAC customer for over 10 years. They recently changed this formula (which used to be great). It is horrible now and I must switch to another brand. Why change a good thing? MAC, you have made a big mistake and are going to lose many customers over this. Very disappointed!!!

I put it in my bag and the worst part is it broke when I got home, no hard impact, no dropping on the floor, a waste of my money, I will not be buying again!

I have been using the original formula of this for years and have since purchased the new formula. While the product is still great (Aside from the color formulas completely changing and needing to be re-color matched) the product is not lasting as it previously would. It used to last 4-5 months and the new formula lasted me 6 weeks.

This formula runs out in less than a month. Never was like that with the old formula. It’s like dust.comes up so easily and actually is not better for oil. Bring back the original formula!!! Also took away C7. I e been using that for 20 years.

I have been using this same color and product for 15 years. I thought they just changed the compact packaging but the entire formula was changed! My face broke out and the color is darker. I’m out $43 and I don’t think I can return it now. On the search for a new product.

Hate the reformulation

I've used this for YEARS and loved it, but it's been reformulated and it's no longer any good. NW30 is now way more yellow and is no longer a match for my skin tone. In addition, it's not nearly as oil absorbent as the old version. Please bring back the old version!

I have used this product for over 12 years, since I started wearing makeup. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing again. M.A.C. changed the formula and it is no where near similar to the old formula. It does not provide the same coverage, and the product runs out way faster than the previous formula. Very unfortunate..

Product shrinkflation

Ive been buying studio fix for years and this new line of it is a joke. It comes with barely any powder foundation. The old line would last me months and this new one is almost out after just one month. Shrinkflation to the maximum. So upsetting.

N5 is now NW20 see MAC's website

I have been buying this item for approx 2 decades. I purchased some online in May and recently went to use it and knew the color wasn't N5, so I called MAC because I thought the company had packaged them incorrectly. MAC told me N5 is now NW20. They told me if you go to their website, it will tell you if you wore N5, your best shade match is now NW20. This isn't the only color that changed letters/numbers. ULTA on your website under this product please put it in bold letters that the letters/numbers of items has changed. FYI: the old item was 0.52 oz and now it's 0.42 oz. I love ULTA and I'm assuming they weren't notified of these changes.
