Q: We bought this set in store for our 3 year old grandson. Is there something we are missing? The cranes do not stay snapped on. They fall off when you try to manipulate them.

A: Good news is this may be an easy fix! In the crane base piece, there is a moveable spring-loaded paddle that holds the crane arm in place. This paddle has an outward notch that is easily identifiable. Sometimes the notched paddle gets stuck in a down position, and you will need to use a paper clip to move it into place. Once the paddle is in the upright position, the crane arm will click on and stay attached! If you have further questions, please reach out to us at info@magnatiles.com.

Very underwhelmed by this set. The cranes don’t stay up - you have to hold them in place during play. The set also comes with only a handful of tiles. Not worth the price tag.

Magnatiles are a HUGE hit in our family. There are unlimited options of ways to play. Our family favorite is making garages for hotwheels cars. Now my kids can have construction lots and roads to ride on! Quality is unmatched and I don't have to worry about them breaking.

This set has been a blast for our boys!!! They can build something simple or create a larger structure. The set includes road squares and curves, regular squares and smaller rectangle pieces that look like bricks and yellow caution signs, a spinner, a car chassis and 2 working cranes. Having this set in our home has reignited an interest in all of our MAGNA-TILES. Makes for hours of play. Perfect birthday gift!
