I know that magnesium deficiency is a thing. I can’t tell the difference from before taking magnesium bisglycinate… but I would rather not find out the hard way. So, I supplement.

I purchased your product the first time and thought it was great. The capsules are small and they prevented my cramping. I was extremely pleased, but on my second purchase, I noticed all of the capsules were half or more empty. I was NOT getting what I purchased. If your company allowed such a blatant error to be shipped to clients, what else have you turned a blind eye to?

I have been using this product for a few years and it's the best magnesium I have found. There are no side effects and I can tell a difference from taking it. I suffer from several diseases that require magnesium such as chronic pain and migraines. Do not hesitate to buy this brand. Magnesium Bisglycinate is the best magnesium for your body to process.

I started taking a long time ago, but the last few bottles really disappointed me. The capsules originally received were full...no room showing in the capsule; but the last several bottles, the capsules seem to not be filled....only about 8/10ths full. Have been thinking about changing brands for that reason.

This product is better than other supplements because the size makes it super easy to ingest. Especially if you are already tired from having to take other vitamins & supplements. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I think I’m supposed to be taking more than the serving dose suggested. If I did that my results may be more noticeable. I’m working my way up to it though & I appreciate the that it’s very gentle on my digestive system. Thank you :)

The omeprazole I must take was causing horrible leg cramps, I was in agony. I can take 10 of the magnesium bisglycinate pr day the cramps are gone without any diarrhea.
