Great relief!
I've been using this product for several years. My requirements were that it relieved my cramps but did not give me loose bowel movements. This prep fulfills my needs. The small capsules size was an added bonus since most on the the market are huge. Great job guys!

Okey product

Works great My favorite magnesium So far
I’ve been using this magnesium bidglacinate for a few years now, I love the small capsule size, and I also like the low dose of glycinate seems if I take too much it becomes stimulating rather than relaxing. I’m tolerating it very well without any side effects at all and this is from someone who reacts to just about everything. I take two at night before I go to bed and I take them 15 or 20 minutes apart and can notice after the first one that I’m starting to relax and head towards sleepiness. I wish I knew what the source of their magnesium and glycinate was and how clean it is, but my experience with it has been fine.
