I bought this after hearing that some anchors on my favorite morning show take magnesium glycinate to fall back asleep in the middle of the night and sleep better. I was so pleasantly surprised when it actually worked for me. I take 2 30-45 min before falling asleep and am no longer plagued by constant sleep-preventing thoughts after getting up to urinate. I just fall back into a sound sleep! I might up the dosage to the recommended 4, or try 3 because I might be getting used to it after taking for almost 3 months. This really works!
