It has great fruity flavor comparable to other fruity cereals. While not particularly nutritious or filling on its own it makes a great dessert cereal. I actually preferred its flavor and texture to the name brand alternatives. This is my and my families new go to. I received this cereal for free in exchange for my honest review.

My 4 year old loved the cereal before he tried it, well because it had a dino on the bag! He was sold right from there. My older kids, ages 8, 13, 14 and 16 had to actually TASTE it first and I concur that taste matters. It has a great fruity flavor as well as a crunch when it first is sitting in the milk that everyone liked. Just dont let it sit very long or it begins to get soggy and then I couldnt eat it. BUT that just means you may need 2 smaller bowls vs 1 large bowl!! Because we all agreed for the price and taste its a definite winner to us!

We also used them on top of rice crispy treats for color and a pop of flavor. They were perfect! The bag is large enough for the family and we were able to get several servings out of one bag.

I like the large amount you get in the bag. I did notice that you have to eat this cereal quickly as it does soak up the milk and become mushy. I would like to try other flavors from Malt-o-Meal in the future.
