Whether you’re using baby formula or expressed breast milk, MAM bottles will support you every step of the way — the elongated nipple shape feels just like mom so you can easily switch between breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Our MAM Easy Start Self-Sterilizing Anti-Colic Bottle is the perfect fit for newborns, specially designed to minimize colic symptoms while feeding. The innovative vented base allows for an even drinking flow, helping to reduce colic for 80%* of babies. Each MAM Anti-Colic Bottle is self-sterilizing in three steps, making it easy to feed your baby when you don’t have a bottle sterilizer on hand: fill in the base with 20ml of water, put the nipple on the base and close the bottle. Heat the bottle in the microwave for three minutes and it’s done! The bottle is made from BPS and BPA free materials, and the removable bottom makes clean-up a snap. It comes with a MAM Medium Flow Silicone Nipple for babies 2 months and older, accepted by 94% of babies.** Our bottles for babies make perfect baby shower gifts! *Field study, Austria 2011, tested with 73 mothers of colicky babies / Market research, USA 2010, tested with 35 mothers of colicky babies. **Market research 2009-2020, tested with 1,572 babies.

Q: Hi I would like someone to please specify if these 3 pack of bottles actually come w 3 nipples too bc I'm confused by what I see in the picture and what I read in the description . Please answer me asap !!

submitted by Rose Anna - 5 years ago
  • A: I also did not get nipples in mine!

submitted byMarisol - 3 years ago
  • A: The description for this product says: INCLUDES THREE 5oz anti-colic baby bottles including three slow flow nipples appropriate for newborn babies. That is slow flow, not medium flow. I believe the 5 oz bottles come with slow flow and the larger bottles come with medium flow.

submitted bySZ - 4 years ago
  • A: Hi there Rose Anna! Our 3 count of MAM Anti-Colic Bottles comes with three MAM Medium Flow Bottle Nipples. Thanks for your question!

Q: Can I use the slow flow nipples on the 9oz bottles? Are the nipples interchangeable on each bottle size?

submitted by laf - 3 years ago
  • A: Hi there! Yes, all of our MAM Bottle Nipples are interchangeable with all MAM Bottles and the MAM Trainer Bottle. Thank you for your question!

Q: Has anyone else had an issue with the print coming off the sides? I've seen such good reviews but 2 out of 3 of ours barely have any print left to know how much we are filling them with. Disappointing

submitted by lmalexander86 - 8 months ago
  • A: Hi there! Thank you for your message, and we apologize for this problem! Please be assured that no harmful chemicals are used in the production of our bottles. Your baby's health is our top priority; we only print with non-toxic substances. We can guarantee that the colors used for our products are 100% baby-safe and not dangerous. We recommend using a non abrasive sponge and non abrasive soap when washing our bottles. We recommend taking the bottle completely apart and removing the silicone valve. Washing all the parts in warm soapy water and using a nonabrasive soap and a soft bristle brush or sponge. Rinse completely, and dry the components completely before reassembly. The silicone valves must be completely dry.Our sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience!

Q: Do these bottles shed microplastics? if so at what rate?

submitted by Nate - 2 years ago
  • A: There is no legislation nor standardized test method dealing with microplastics. Up till now MAM polypropylene (PP) bottles have not been tested for microplastics particles. MAM baby bottles are extensively tested according to the standards and regulation in place (EU,China, USA, Brazil)and comply or exceed the relevant requirements (overall migration, specific migrations,non-intentionally added substances-NIAS) Additional to the requirements set by the legislation, MAM Baby Bottles are evaluated in everyday usage conditions-after extensive cleaning and heating procedures (boiling, microwave heating) to get evidence that no substances of concern are migrating. Furthermore together with other renowned companies, MAM is involved in research work, where MAM Baby bottles have been tested for hormone activity, cytotoxicity, genotoxicty, and no reason for any safety concern was detected.

Q: Hello. Is there a specific warmer I should purchase to use with these bottles? Will the Baby Breeza warmer work with these bottles? Thank you in advance.

submitted by Hensy - 2 years ago
  • A: Hi there! Thank you for your question! Our bottles can be warmed in a bottle warmer, under hot running water, or in a container of heated water after removing the protective dust cap. After heating, be sure to stir thoroughly to distribute heat evenly. If you are heating by using a bottle warmer, allow the standing time recommended by the bottle warmer manufacturer and test the temperature before serving. In our instructions, we recommend wrapping a cloth or towel around the bottom of the bottle and shaking to absorb any excess water after warming. We also recommend tightening the lower portion of the bottle after warming. Any bottle warmer that fits a wide bottom bottle should work. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Q: If the mam level 1 nipple is too slow for my baby and the level 2 nipple is too fast is there an in between nipple size I could be using?

submitted by Carebear2007 - 3 years ago
  • A: Hi there! When you see nipples begin to collapse and/or your baby biting/tearing at the silicone nipple, it is time to switch to a faster flow nipple because baby is not getting enough to satiate their appetite. If your baby seems to be overwhelmed by the flow rate of the nipple, try reducing the amount of liquid in the bottle to slow it a bit. Thank you for your question!

Working fine so far for tongue tie baby. However, I afraid to warm up using a bowl of water due to the base design . Water or condensation might get in from bottom. Easy to wash and assemble, no leaking from the bottle so far.

the lid screws on crooked and it’s not super noticeable. you have to hold it up and try multiple times to screw the lid on perfectly. so milk leaks all over the baby while feeding and the bottom also leaks half the time as well. flow is too fast for infants. instant hiccups and belly aches after a feed with this bottle

The flow on the even the size 0 nipple is WAY too fast. My 2 week old was choking on his milk with these, and had terrible gas buildup. He could never latch with them, and it leaked out around his mouth with every feeding.

My baby has a tongue tie. These are the only bottles she can latch to. We've went through so many bottles and these are by far the best. I wish they came in more girl colors. Pink is the only option other than a neutral white.

Whoever designed this must never had a rough night of nursing. Every other bottle we own is not this complicated. I had milk leak through the bottom, because at 3 am I didn't realize one of the bottom parts wasn't completely sealed. Tried to fix my mistake on the next one, and still leaked. Not friendly to someone trying to feed at night. oh, and the whole "made from less plastic" and good for the environment crap is rich. the recycle number on the bottle says "15 pp". My local recycling doesn't do anything higher than 4, and I didn't even know there were recycling labels that high.

I have the Dr Browns and Avent anti colic bottles. My son was still having issues. I purchased the Nuk bottles but immediately returned them because the flow was too fast. I purchased these in place of the Nuk bottles. I was very afraid of the reviews saying the flow was too fast but still tried it out since I saw someone recommending MAM on Reddit - wow, I’m impressed. The flow was NOT too fast for my son (who uses the 0+ on Db and 1 on avent) it also fit his mouth much better and didn’t spill out of the sides of his mouth like the other bottles. I’m very happy I purchased these.

I can’t attest to leaking as I’ve used the bottle only a handful of times no with no leakage problem. If you place everything together properly, leakage shouldn’t be a problem. However, I can attest to the fact that this bottle is the only one that will work for my breastfed baby. I learned that feeding baby while they are lying on their side helps with latching and the “fast flow” that people are talking about. Parts aren’t as hard to clean as people claim. I always take my kids bottle apart during every wash and sterilization anyways.

There are too many parts to put together on this bottle and it leaks 9/10 times. I am writing this after numerous failed attempts to use this bottle and this time in particular, I ended up with milk all over me and my baby. Waste of money and waste of milk. Do not buy these terrible bottles!!!
