These are great for all sandwiches, especially Phillys and Meatball subs. They are big enough to make a filling sandwich for a 250 lb person. I spray the outside with buttered flavored canola oil and out them in the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 300 to crisp the outside, then cut them open and spray the inside and toast on a pan/griddle to toast the inside. Also good amount of protein for bread.
