A: It's not so much it's noodles that are bad! It's the flavor packet! ☠️ I cook up my noodles and use different spice blends I have around, some salt free!

submitted byMommaof3 - 7 years agoA: They are only unhealthy for you if you have a problem with high sodium intake, they are quite high in sodium BUT they are not high in fat nor trans fat as the previous answerer stated.

Maruchan flavor is indeed the best, and I only use half the flavor packet (and save the rest for thin spaghetti noodles or veggie soup I make myself!) Quick, tastes good, I add some steamed chopped cabbage, or peas--or whatever. Even good drained with chili or tomato sauce on it, save the packets for another dish. Highly recommend.

literally who doesn’t like ramen? yes it’s high in sodium. yes it’s basically one of the cheapest foods you can buy. But does that stop me from buying it? No!! I love how cheap it is, and I love the ramen. And It’s great for when you’re sick, nothing hits the spot more. If you’re like me, a poor college student, this is basically our daily dinner at least 3/7 days of the week haha
