I only take a tablespoon a few days a week but when I am consistent I definitely notice my nails grow faster and I have baby hairs popping up - I only notice the hairs because they are all gray though. Tastes Like Cough Syrup
I was very excited to try this as I’ve heard outstanding reviews. I ended up giving 4 stars, probably should’ve given 3 stars, because of the aftertaste. Reminds me of cough syrup…yuck!! The raspberry flavor at the start is great and then the aftertaste hits… you get the point. I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now and haven’t noticed a drastic difference in my health, not that I was expecting anything major as I thankfully have no health issues. Just wanted to stay on top of getting enough of my daily vitamins. I will say this is a great vitamin option for those who can’t/don’t enjoy taking vitamins in pill form! So yes, I still would recommend this and I like how it’s a cleaner vitamin than other brands, which is likely why the taste isn’t the best. I appreciate the 15 day amount for those like me who just want to trial the multivitamin instead of committing to an entire month. I won’t purchase this flavor again, but will try the peach flavor next. Hopefully that one doesn’t remind me of cough syrup, but no promises. For those curious, the shot glass is from Amazon.

This did not work for me. The taste is horrible and I had an allergic reaction while taking it. Every morning after taking the suggested amount, I broke out in itching hives. Once I stopped taking it, the itching and hives stopped.

Will be buying another bottle!
It’s been about 3 weeks and while I haven’t seen a drastic change as of yet I have noticed little things. For example my pulsatile tinnitus has stopped! I definitely have more energy throughout the day! I love how it’s liquid and me and my daughter can share this because all I have to do is adjust the measurements for her! I will def be purchasing again when I run out.

I did notice I had more energy. I didn't realize I wasn't buying a month supply - was buying the 15 dosage which I found strange that a half month option is offered, usually when you buy a vitamin you're thinking it's a month supply. It was expensive already and to buy the 30 day dosage just isn't a sustainable amount to pay each month. Maybe I would have noticed a more dramatic change had I been able to afford it long term. But I also understand having good health can be expensive.

Change for the Better
I’ve only been taking the liquid multivitamin for less than a month and I have noticed a change in my energy level. I don’t mind taking this after my morning coffee. It doesn’t irritate my stomach in any way and the taste is pleasing to my palate. I am going to look into trying other Mary Ruth’s products after this most pleasant health experience!

I love this liquid vitamin and was hoping it would work for me as a gastric bypass patient, but my doctor told me that everything looked good with it except the vitamin B12 would not absorb in my stomach due to the bypass. So I needed to find another way to get the B12 in my system. I was kind of disappointed because I wanted this to be all I had to take.

I have trouble taking supplements so my doctor recommended Mary Ruth Organics. I bought this and I like it. It doesn’t taste bad and it hasn’t upset my stomach. I noticed that my skin felt softer and smoother after taking it. However, I am not sure if that is the vitamin or the increased humidity of summer weather. I am almost done with my first bottle and the second one is arriving today. So far so good.
