I’m only on day 3 of taking the product consistently and have not felt as though I’ve reaped any benefits yet but do very much enjoy the taste. It tastes similar to maple syrup or dates. The packaging is informative and visually pleasing. The price is affordable and I love how the brand doesn’t add any fillers. So far would recommend to others! I love eating mushrooms but was skeptical about how the supplement would taste but it’s actually really tasty. It’s a soft earthy flavor that finishes sweet with little to no lingering aftertaste. The liquid makes it super easy to take as well. I can’t speak to how well it actually works since I just started taking this supplement but I’m hoping to feel the benefits soon! I feel so much more energetic, I think more clearly, the fog is slowly lifting. Im not sure how exactly works but I use only one time a day but the bottle say I can use it up until 3 times. I trust this company sonc eive used different products before and they work. This is a great tincture for some who needs little extra boost. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mushroom supplements are supposed to be great for you, but I could never get into mushroom coffee. This supplement is easy to use and incorporate. The liquid dropper is easy to use, and has easy to read measurements right on it to get a precise dosage. The smell is relatively mild, but has some earthiness and sweetness to it. The taste of mushrooms definitely comes through with this liquid so if that bothers you this would probably not be a great choice. I’ve been using a mushroom based coffee at home but needed something a little easier for early mornings. This liquid supplement is vegan and non-gmo, and contains lions mane along with other mycelium and fruiting bodies. It’s easy to take, up to 1ml 1-3 times a day per the instructions. I also like that the dose instructions are on the bottom too not only the box. It does say 1ml is the dose up to 3 times a day and that seems like a lot. I do like mushrooms but wasn’t sure I would like the taste of this but it is sweet similar to molasses but thin enough to draw up in the dropper and ingest with ease. I love how it comes with an easy to read dropper that stays attached to the bottle for convenient storage and access. I have used this four times so far when I have experienced tiredness, memory fog and/or a headache and it has worked each time so this is definitely going to be incorporated into my lifestyle. The drops come in a nice glass bottle with a glass medicine dropper to dispense. The dropper is conveniently marked with ml lines, so you know how much you're taking. The rubber plunger/suction at the end works nicely. I dispensed under my tongue and was pleasantly surprised by the sweet earthy taste. It reminded me of a earthy maple type syrup. I just tried Mary Ruth’s mushroom complex for the first time and it has a noticeable licorice taste which is not my favorite, but it’s not hard to tolerate. I like that it is liquid and easy to take. Some say maybe sweet but I think it’s more of an earthy taste. I do feel like this gave me more energy although I haven’t taken it very long to really say for sure about any improvement with mental clarity. I took half a dropper full under my tongue. It is sweet but not overly sweet. The taste is pleasant and does not smell like bad mushroom which was my concern. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy to have found this mushroom complex extract, I hear so much about the benefits of incorporating mushrooms into your diet as a dietary supplement, But obviously most people cannot eat this many mushrooms in this variety of mushrooms to get any real benefit. I tried mushroom coffee before, but I like my regular coffee too much to make that swap. I also feel like I take enough other supplements as capsules so this tincture is a really nice addition to routine and quest for better all around physical and mental health. I like that this is a fully glass bottle and glass dropper and does not incorporate any plastic except for the cap which doesn’t actually touch the liquid. I was a little concerned about the flavor, but it’s actually not bad and does not taste like mushrooms at all, slightly cinnamon, if anything I can think of to compare it to. I instantly bought when I saw that Mary Ruth's had a supplement with mushrooms! My sister got me onto Mary Ruth's awhile ago and I'm really happy with the product. The smell and taste is pretty mild.
