I have been trying to find a supplement that helps with swelling in primarily the feet/ankle area. I suffer from heavy feeling legs, especially at end of day. Always had this issue, probably inherited from my mom's side, most likely a circulation issue. After taking these 2x a day for a month, I feel the powerful curcumin has kicked in. I can now see my ankles clearly, even at the end of the day! What success! So if you are doubting the use, you need to take for a full month. Studies say that it does take 4-6 weeks for your body to build up the curcumin to work effectively.

I was a little nervous about the taste… But as soon as they arrived, and I ate my first two… I knew they were the ones for me. GREAT flavor and I literally got relief in my hands and feet within the first two days. Immediately set myself up for subscription. LOVE these!

I realize that Turmeric is so good for you , and have always taken it in capsule form. The taste of these gummies is wonderful, but because of the unique, distinct color of Turmeric, it is a definite teeth stainer. I am a registered dental hygienist, and really wanted to be able to take these, but the staining factor is the only reason I cannot continue using these. I think a capsule form is much better for something so staining. But I do love most of your products, and will continue to give things a fair try! Keep up the great work!

I just started taking them so I’m unable to say whether I feel any improvement. They do not upset my stomach or give me indigestion which is why I’ve not been able to take any other Turmeric supplements.
