Master Lock - Ball Bearing Locking Padlock Keyed Alike - Steel - 2 in.

I bought this 3 years ago and the tumblers work smoothly like new but shackle is rusting. I had to replace the weather shield with a rectangle furniture leg protector because the flimsy rubber fell off. Can't go without it because of ice and snow makes the combination wheels freeze. I found one that fits perfectly.

I have a lock collection and this lock was a perfect addition. Love it. 5 stars

The silcone bottom weather cover is constantly falling off. No matter how careful you are the odds are it will fall off. This is partly because of the soft flexible silicone hinges thats suppose to keep it attached to the main body of the lock. A small detail that renders the lock a pain to use especially in a snow storm.

I bought one of these two years ago for use on an outdoor gate. I cannot get the lock open. The product is made in Ch__a; no surprise there! Bring back manufacturing to the USA. We are tired of poor quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to try to use on a trailer to keep it secure both traveling and while parked. First the good. The idea of being able to have and use a lock with a combination instead of a key is great. Being able to go back and change that combination is great as well in the event someone would need lock access. The lock appears to be very substantial and quality built. Now the bad. After changing the combination and even verifying several time before using I was pleased. However, after closing the lock the combination that I changed to no longer works. The original combination no longer works. There are no instructions on how to proceed from here. An internet search stating that I would have to contact Master and jump through several hoops to get reset instructions. Not worth it to me.

I have no doubt in my mind that this will be long lasting. The lock is easy to set the combination so if I ever need to change it, it will be super easy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I replaced my fence gate, I wanted a heavy duty lock that was key-less, as I tend to misplace my keys. This lock was exactly what I needed. It's very well made. It was very easy to set a combination I'd remember. Living in the south, I get a lot of rain and heat and this lock is holding up like a trooper. I'm so glad I chose this brand and lock.

My son purchased this lock. It is a Combo 4 number lock. The numbers do not align in the center line all other locks of this sort. It is above the center but the lock had a seam in the center so it is very misleading. I have had 5 workers to be unable to get it right without instructions by me. The offset line is black but with weather and time I doubt you’ll be able to see the line.

And I do enjoy the fact that it is basically full proof and very safe. I have it on a gate that leads outside and it makes me feel safe that they can’t cut it off. Looks heavy duty feels heavy duty… As a single mom, this makes me feel safe. Enjoy the fact that the combination part is hidden underneath and secure.

It’s very heavy duty and seems like it would hold up against pretty much anything. The code comes with the lock and it’s very easy to open and close. I have no tried to change the combination yet but the lock came with instructions so I’m sure it’s simple enough. I plan on using this for a storage container and have no doubts that it will keep our belongings safe.

Time will tell how they hold up to the elements. I will say the rubber protector flap is garbage and has fallen out on its own several times. Finally, while this will keep most regular folks at bay, it wouldn't be hard for bad actors to cut.
