Comfortable but still hot.
I was disappointed to find that this topper was hotter than my own mattress. It was very comfortable, but hot. The customer service was a little slow but very helpful. I also changed my sheets to 100% cotton by Quince and that helped!

The Active Cooling Copper Topper
The Active Cooling Copper Topper in my opinion does nothing to help cool the bed. I use cotton sheets and was far cooler on my old style cooling mattress cover. The topper has maintained a ridge in the middle where it was folded for shipping but that does not appear to impact the comfort of the topper. I believe this topper to be a nice pillow top addition to the bed that is not truly of any value and definitely not worth the expense.

Cooling and comfortable but sheets move all around and become loose
The Cooling Topper is very comfortable and definitely makes a huge difference in helping me sleep. Its cooling effect has helped with nighttime overheating. The fabric surface is very slippery though and my deep pocketed fitted sheets end up loose by morning from movement throughout the night which drives me crazy. (My sheets never did that without the topper.). Working now to find a solution.

My wife really likes it. She finally sleeps well through the night without waking up all the time to adjust. I have the cooling topper and the cooling pillow top cover. I DONT have cooling sheets so my wife will still get hot sometimes. But we have ordered some better sheets and hopefully that will make things better. We are happy with our purchase.

Disappointed
Disappointed in this topper. It doesn't cool. Hard to find a comfortable spot for the night. Still tossing and turning all night. Waking up 3 or 4 times a night hot. Sorry I brought this one.

Great topper
I love viscosoft mattress toppers. I have purchased from them before. Service is great. My mattress topper is Active cooling copper topper 4". I was starting to have low back, hip and shoulder when I'd get up on the morning. This topper is great, helps alot with my back issues. I live in Florida so cooling copper makes my nighttime comfortable.

I think it’s great. Bought it for being a foam topper highly recommended on one of the internet sites i tend to trust & for copper. It’s true it totally runs hot even with cooling mattress cover i also purchased. If you like sleeping naked (bc it runs hot) you’re golden. If you not sleeping naked but also don’t mind waking up from an awesomely restful sleep moist, you’re also golden. If you’re not in the golden category then think about your reality. It would have been nice to be offered the 20% off for the order i placed vs after.
