Smudges and i cnt wind mre out, it says 2 sharpen but why when its encased in plastic? Do u sharpen the whole plastic pencil? Weird.

Hi there, Thank you for your review and apologise for this experience. The product doesn't wind up. It needs to be sharpened. Ye,s you can sharpen the plastic part. We recommend you use our dual sharpener.
