Not just with products, but medical facilities, as well, & medications. . . Much like society. Unless we speak up with intention, choices will be made for us. A lil deep for colors of notebooks-but, truth is truth-& there's more than one.

NOT A SPIRAL NOTEBOOK! This is a standard composition notebook as shown in the photo. The title of the item is "Spiral notebook" which it is not.

Annoying cover
I hate the design of this notebook. The cover is stiff and plastic. As a result, the cover won’t stay open and lie flat to make writing in it easy. It also won’t stay closed. It’s perpetually at a 45 degree angle, so I wrap a rubber band around it to keep it closed. Otherwise I love the size, color, look, it’s just frustrating to use.
