I can tell it’s working!

I am turning 40 in May and thought it was a good idea to take a multivitamin as I enter that age range. I really like the energy it gives me and I notice a difference on days I don’t take it. I’m happy to know a vitamin in tablet form can be taken on an empty stomach too. Mega Food has been a brand I have been recommending more to women my age at work after I’ve now had experience with it. Great product

Love my 40+ vitamin
I've been taking Mega Food Vitamins since I was pregnant with my first child at 33. I'm now 43 and switched to the 40+ multi. I'm rarely sick and in great health. I contribute some of that to the MEgafood vitamins that have been supplementing my diet for so long.

Great Vitamin
I love the Woman’s 40t vitamins. They are easy to take, and for women over 40 they seem to address a lot of the issues we get as we age. Sometimes we don’t get all the nutrients we need at our age in our food alone, so it is an easy once a day problem solver. You don’t have to worry that you didn’t get enough nutrients in your day. Just take them in the morning and you’re set for the whole day. Try them.
