Unexpected ingredients
I thought this NOW brand was reliable when I ordered a bottle of 180 of these only to find when I received it that it contains fructose and mannitol. I did consume one of these chewables and then experienced very uncomfortable GI symptoms. I do not normally consume anything with those ingredients and found out just why! This should be mentioned in the description of this product! These will be going in the garbage!

No water needed!
Drinking water before bed results in me waking up to use the restroom. This solves that problem. Love it.

My favorite. You do not need water to take it. But, it doesn’t seem to help when I wake up in the middle of the night for a 2nd one.

Works for Me
Due to various reasons, I sometimes find myself sleeping when it is daylight out, or have light interference from other sources. Melatonin helps me with this, and many other benefits, too, that one can easily look up online. I especially like that this one is sublingual, vegan/vegetarian, 3 mg, and the price on Swanson is great, as usual. There are considerations when taking melatonin, so always check with your doctor.

I usually don't have trouble sleeping but if I don't go to sleep right away I just put one of these under my tongue and quickly go to sleep. They are safe and I feel they work good....

Great before bedtime supplement
My wife Nancy and I have used other supplements before bedtime and the Now brand is the easiest and quickest. I would recommend taking this supplement before brushing your teeth because of the sweetness of the product. I would recommend this product to anyone.
