If you are a side sleeper on even like just laying down on your side and scrolling on your phone without your arm falling asleep then this pillow is for you. The breathability of this pillow fabric is light and airy so you don’t get overheated but still remains firm and soft. The only thing is it’s hard to find pillow case that can fit it to keep it nice and clean.

I use it every night underneath my normal pillow and the slight elevation on my head and neck is amazing! I feel like my sleep has improved drastically since I started using it. Only downfall is I wish it came with a pillow case or cover, since it’s odd shaped and one will be difficult to find. Otherwise, no complaints!

I used to have to sleep with 3 pillows to help with snoring, but now i just need this wedge and one pillow on top of it. Even though it’s made out of some kind of memory foam, i love how it doesn’t sink down too much and remains sturdy.

Holy Grail of pillow wedges
Best real memory foam pillow wedge soft but firm does not cause pain in between shoulder blades when all the others did was a little thick at the bottom but i cut it thinner and it’s perfect (take note to whom ever makes this) I’m a side sleeper and you don’t want thickness at bottom you want it like a wedge of cheese thin after 7 yrs of looking for something that didn’t hurt when I slept on it I would buy again and again because the only con can be fixed by making it thinner I found the holy grail !!!

Pregnancy acid reflux relief!
I’m thankful I was able to find this not-too-high pillow! I’ve been using it to elevate myself slightly to prevent acid reflux when I’m back sleeping. It’s also been helpful to slightly elevate myself while side sleeping during pregnancy but to be honest, not as easy since my shoulder digs intk the foam and doesn’t settle so nicely so I find myself sliding down the pillow, haha. If you’re pregnant though, you know you’ll take what you can get. And this works for me for now!

This wedge pillow works perfectly for creating constant yet comfy support all night long. The memory foam cradles you in all the right places. I would love for this to have a cover that's not white just for aesthetics and ease of cleaning. Other than that, it's great.

Another Use and Better Night!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had a bad fall last winter, I was left with a problem with my back and had difficulty sleeping flat. No pillow was helping . I place the higher part of the wedge under my knees so my whole leg is on the pillow. It is not only comfortable, but the covering seems cool and I can sleep in a prone position with comfort. I know this is not a typical use of the wedge, but IT IS GREAT AND I CAN SLEEP in comfort. I love the fact that the cover easily zips off and can be washed, is cool and soft to the touch. Although the picture may not show it, the use may be unusual but it is wonderful. I will buy another as a spare.Thinking beyond the box helped me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've struggled with getting a good night's sleep recently due to frequent snoring issues. I was excited to try out the Sleep Philosophy Memory Foam Wedge Pillow to help improve airflow during sleep. After using it for a few days, I think that it has made a significant improvement in the quality of my sleep. This wedge pillow is made of memory foam with a removable machine washable cover. The foam conforms perfectly to the contours of my upper body, providing excellent support. It elevates my upper torso at just the right angle, which has proven to be highly effective in reducing my snoring - I wake up feeling more refreshed than I used to and I notice that I feel like I can breathe easier while laying on it. The foam is a bit on the firm side, which is great for me as it helps maintain a consistent shape all night long. It works well when I sleep on my back, but I find that it is not comfortable by itself when sleeping on my side. I've found that adding another small pillow on top to helps to support my head and keep my neck aligned. One of the best features of this wedge pillow is its versatility. I've found multiple uses for it beyond just alleviating my snoring. It works wonders for propping me up while I read a book or watch TV in bed, offering a comfortable, supportive incline that doesn't strain my back or neck. It has become an essential part of my nightly routine, and I can't imagine sleeping without it anymore. The cover of the Sleep Philosophy Memory Foam Wedge Pillow is also worth mentioning. It's made of a soft, breathable fabric that feels gentle against the skin. The cover is removable and machine-washable, making it easy to maintain and keep clean. The memory foam has retained its shape and supportiveness so far after a few days of use. It doesn't sag or lose its shape. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't notice any smells due to off gassing as the foam pillow plumped up when I removed it from its packaging.
