Designed for athletic hunters and outdoor enthusiasts of all types to move fast and with confidence on tough terrain, the Apex by Muck Boot is built with an innovative construction for high-endurance treks that require an athletic and agile boot with 100-percent waterproof and coupled with breathable mesh linings to provide elite protection and moisture management. This 8-inch pull-on boot features a waterproof lock-down zipper closure system on the upper, with a Velcro stretch collar for custom fit. A 5mm CR Flex-Foam neoprene liner is waterproof with exceptional comfort, flexibility, shock absorption and heat retention properties. An EVA midsole is affixed to a lugged rubber outsole for durable traction.

    Quality boots if it wasn't for the zipper

    I wore these boots almost everyday during the winter months. They were great for wearing in rain, slush, mud, and snow. The best part is they are comfortable enough to wear all day. I wore them to office. They look good and feel comfortable. Unfortunately after just after a couple of months the zipper broke. I have many Muck Boot and Georgia Boot products but this is one I do not recommend because of the faulty zipper.

    Not always waterproof

    They are not entirely waterproof around the meshing and I often end up with wet socks all day at work. They tend to last me about 6 months before getting holes in them. Overall good though!

    Fantastic Boot

    Purchased on a whim based on sale and reviews and have not been disappointed. Boots are well constructed with solid traction. No issues with Zipper function. Surprisingly, the boots run big but they are supposed to be wore with multiple layers of socks

    Sturdy but questionable zipper.

    Very comfortable and durable waterproof boot. Unfortunately the zipper on both was hard to operate from the beginning (I assumed due to being tight for waterproof). However within a few weeks became completely inoperable. I still wear them daily but only half zipped and I slip them on and off. I have not submerged them in this state, but have still not had my feet get wet while wearing them like this.

    They got it right

    Everything works. No leaks. Comfortable Warm. I thought that the ziper just wouldn't last. Two winters later, still watertight, works fine. Great product. Oh, and they look very cool

    NOT MADE FOR ICE!!!

    I love these!!! But four stars because I can't walk on ice with them. I recommend not trying unless you have no choice. My Lady did fine in Chuck's, while I hurt my hip and shoulder. Gonna try them with cleats this year. But my feet were warm and dry while I crawled the rest of the way home!

    Great Boot!

    I have a pair exactly the same that I purchased about 10 years ago. They have served me well and recently I needed orthotics for my shoes and ordered a larger pair to accommodate my orthotics. They made the trip up to Alaska for a recent fishing trip and worked perfectly!

    Waterproof, Great Height

    This my 2nd pair of these boots. I own a dog kennel. Im exposed to water both inside thw kwnnel & in nature.Love the ankle height, waterproof & zipper to easly slip on. Duable & keep my feet dry when outside in wet or damp weather.

    Weak link

    Had these boots for about a yr -wearing them at least 2/3 of the year for walks in the woods and on muddy logging roads - no leaks and comfortable but the plastic zipper has been the weak link - I really like the lightness of the boot -but I won't buy it again because the plastic zipper simply won't hold up to the riggers of everyday use and its a nice boot- other than that size is a little small glad I purchased a 10 instead of 9 for comfort

    Practical and stylish

    Amazing pair of boots. They have a ton of utility and lookb great too! Unfortunately I ended up having to return them as my feet are too wide, (sides kept digging into my foot) but that's my fault. If you can wear these you should 100% get them!

    Finally, dry happy feet!

    Purchased these boots for my operations supervisor. They took a few days to break in, but he absolutely loves them now. He does a lot of work around water; pressure washing, and heavy cleaning. His feet have stayed completely dry and he's really happy with these as compared to other boots we've tried. Thank you for a great product!

    Great easy on boots

    The zip boots have treated me well on the ranch in rain, snow, mud, and cowpies. The wider toe box is perfect for me. They have held up well for over a year of almost daily use showing little signs of wear. My only suggestion is to make a wider stronger velcro strap for the ankle zip cover. Both have broken but was able to get them repaired at a shoe repair. I like them so much I bought a 2nd pair for backup.

    Best rain boot you can buy

    Best rain boots ever. I work as a mailman and need waterproof boots. I walk 15 miles a day so they have to be comfortable and these are the best I have used in my 15 years
