Great boot for the yard - easy to slip on and off on wet days

This is my second pair of these boots. I primarily use them for walking the dog on wet/dewy/frosty mornings. Very easy to slip into and comfortable. Traction is fine unless there is ice on the sidewalk - then tread very carefully. They keep my feet warm, but when the snow hits, I use different boots because of the traction and because sometimes the snow is too deep (not because these don't keep my feet warm). Well constructed and have had no problems except the lugs on the heels wear down too quickly - that is the main reason I had to replace the first pair. The lugs on my first pair actually developed holes and water was getting into the soles making squishing sounds while walking. I patched the holes with shoe-goo, but don't feel that should be necessary. My new boots are now also starting to show premature wear on the heel lugs even after just a few months. I will probably look elsewhere when it is time to replace them. Just wish the soles were more durable. Too bad I can't give a wholehearted recommendation, but they just don't seem to hold up very long just walking around the block once a day.

My Xtratuf boots are being to feel tight after a full day fishing in them.People that I fish with started wearing Muck boots. I decided to try the ankle boots for summer and fall. I’ll step up to a full length boots for crab season

purchased two pairs for my Husband and the sole keeps falling off both pairs. This pair is less than 6 months in and he only wears them for about a week a month doing farm work.

My second pair. Great for wet mornings. One at each cabin. Recommend

Comfortable, easy on and off. No issues while digging or doing general yard work. I have a narrow heal so does slip up and down some but not bothersome with a pair of socks. Some reviews have questioned durability, time will tell.

I've had these boots for less than 3 months and the heels worn out and it fills with water. Kind of disappointing

The boots are great and just what is needed for working in wet conditions. Ankle height good to keep dry and easy on/off. My only issue and I can’t be alone is No half sizes. Wear a 81/2 for most all shoes. Bought a pair of tall Brushland last year and was able to try on in store. 8 uncomfortable with toes bumping front so tried 9 and was swimming in them- purchased 8. Purchased Muckster for better need and had to do 9 knowing other issue. Flopping around even with an added insole also uncomfortable. Concerned about rubbing and blister when wearing for long periods. Half sizes??

These a great for doing chores, easy on & off. These have evolved into the family slip on shoes.

The Muckster ankle boot fits a wide foot well. The men's low muckster shoe does not fit a narrow foot. The Muckster low was too short (not a true size 8) and the heel was way too wide.

This is my fourth pair, and I wear them out for many years of daily wear

My husband needed a boot to walk through wet fields in the morning. These are perfect. Well-constructed… I can always count on Muckboots!

I purchased these for the ease and comfort, and I am not disappointed.
